緊湊型設(shè)計(jì),適合于單軸應(yīng)用
IndraDrive C(HCS02)轉(zhuǎn)換器涵蓋了中功率范圍kW。此裝置設(shè)置了一個(gè)控制單元槽,有各種接口,用于連接自動(dòng)化環(huán)境,適用于編碼器系統(tǒng)、安全技術(shù)、和其它數(shù)字及模擬信號(hào)等。
換,同時(shí)使用不同的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的控制模式(RS232、RS485、光纖、InterBus、ProfiBus),而通用變頻器的控制方式比較單一。

(2)在自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中,能夠以一定的準(zhǔn)確度響應(yīng)控制信號(hào)的系統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為隨動(dòng)系統(tǒng),亦稱(chēng)伺服系統(tǒng)。
伺服的主要任務(wù)是按控制命令的要求,對(duì)功率進(jìn)行放大、變換與調(diào)控等處理,使驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置輸出的力矩、速度和位置控制得非常靈活方便。
1.3 伺服系統(tǒng)的組成
伺服系統(tǒng)可分為開(kāi)環(huán)、半閉環(huán)、閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。
具有反饋的閉環(huán)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)由位置檢測(cè)部分、偏差放大部分、執(zhí)行部分及被控對(duì)象組成。
1.4 伺服系統(tǒng)的性能要求
伺服系統(tǒng)必須具備可控性好,穩(wěn)定性高和適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等基本性能。說(shuō)明一下,可控性好是指訊號(hào)消失以后,能立即自行停轉(zhuǎn);穩(wěn)定性高是指轉(zhuǎn)矩隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而均勻下降;適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)是指反應(yīng)快、靈敏、響態(tài)品質(zhì)好。
1.5 伺服系統(tǒng)的種類(lèi)
通常根據(jù)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)的種類(lèi)來(lái)分類(lèi),有電氣式、油壓式或電氣—油壓式三種。
伺服系統(tǒng)若按功能來(lái)分,則有計(jì)量伺服和功率伺服系統(tǒng);模擬伺服和功率伺服系統(tǒng);位置伺服和加速度伺服系統(tǒng)等。
電氣式伺服系統(tǒng)根據(jù)電氣信號(hào)可分為DC直流伺服系統(tǒng)和AC交流伺服系統(tǒng)二大類(lèi)。AC交流伺服系統(tǒng)又有異步電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)和同步電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)兩種。
交流伺服的技術(shù)本身就是借鑒并應(yīng)用了變頻的技術(shù),在直流電機(jī)的伺服控制的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)變頻的PWM方式模仿直流電機(jī)的控制方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,也就是說(shuō)交流伺服電機(jī)必然有變頻的這一環(huán)節(jié):變頻就是將工頻的50、60HZ的交流電先整流成直流電,然后通過(guò)可控制門(mén)極的各類(lèi)晶體管(IGBT,IGCT等)通過(guò)載波頻率和PWM調(diào)節(jié)逆變?yōu)轭l率可調(diào)的波形類(lèi)似于正余弦的脈動(dòng)電,由于頻率可調(diào),所以交流電機(jī)的速度就可調(diào)了(n=60f/p ,n轉(zhuǎn)速,f頻率, p極對(duì)數(shù))
簡(jiǎn)單的變頻器只能調(diào)節(jié)交流電機(jī)的速度,這時(shí)可以開(kāi)環(huán)也可以閉環(huán)要視控制方式和變頻器而定,這就是傳統(tǒng)意義上的V/F控制方式。很多的變頻已經(jīng)通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)模型的建立,將交流電機(jī)的定子磁場(chǎng)UVW3相轉(zhuǎn)化為可以控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩的兩個(gè)電流的分量,大多數(shù)能進(jìn)行力矩控制的變頻器都是采用這樣方式控制力矩,UVW每相的輸出要加霍爾效應(yīng)的電流檢測(cè)裝置,采樣反饋后構(gòu)成閉環(huán)負(fù)反饋的電流環(huán)的PID調(diào)節(jié);ABB的變頻又提出和這樣方式不同的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制技術(shù),具體請(qǐng)查閱有關(guān)資料。這樣可以既控制電機(jī)的速度也可控制電機(jī)的力矩,而且速度的控制精度優(yōu)于v/f控制,編碼器反饋也可加可不加,加的時(shí)候控制精度和響應(yīng)特性要好很多。
伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器接受控制器的控制指令,然后通過(guò)動(dòng)力線(xiàn)纜驅(qū)動(dòng)伺服電機(jī),而伺服電機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)位置,通過(guò)編碼器線(xiàn)纜反饋至伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器,形成閉環(huán)控制。很顯然,這種模式下,伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器僅僅上充當(dāng)了放大器的角色,這是絕大部分伺服的工作模式。
脈沖方式
上位機(jī)通過(guò)發(fā)送脈沖到伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制。在這種方式下,用脈沖頻率來(lái)控制速度,用脈沖個(gè)數(shù)來(lái)控制位置。同樣,伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器也會(huì)發(fā)送脈沖數(shù),來(lái)告訴上位機(jī),伺服電機(jī)的位置和速度。
比如,我們約定伺服電機(jī)10000個(gè)脈沖旋轉(zhuǎn)一圈,那么,當(dāng)上位機(jī)發(fā)送10000個(gè)脈沖,伺服電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)一圈,實(shí)現(xiàn)位置控制。如果上位機(jī)在一分鐘內(nèi)發(fā)完這10000個(gè)脈沖,那么伺服電機(jī)的速度就是1r/min,如果實(shí)在一秒鐘內(nèi)發(fā)完,那么伺服電機(jī)的速度就是1r/s,也就是60r/min。
低端PLC,數(shù)控系統(tǒng),以及各種單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)一般都是采用這種模式,簡(jiǎn)單易行,成本低廉。很顯然,當(dāng)伺服軸數(shù)增加,這種控制方式的缺點(diǎn)就會(huì)顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),上位機(jī)硬件成本會(huì)增加,配線(xiàn)會(huì)很復(fù)雜,而且現(xiàn)場(chǎng)EMC不好的話(huà),脈沖極易丟失。所以,這種模式一般是在四軸一下,所以,大部分PLC的脈沖控制軸數(shù)都在兩軸或是三軸,極少部分PLC可以實(shí)現(xiàn)四軸。
通訊方式
通訊方式就是專(zhuān)門(mén)為解決脈沖方式的不足而產(chǎn)生的,已經(jīng)成為一種發(fā)展趨勢(shì),他把脈沖數(shù)和脈沖頻率通過(guò)通訊的方式,發(fā)送給伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器,這種方式不但可以傳遞伺服電機(jī)的位置信息,還能傳遞各種狀態(tài)信息,比如伺服電機(jī)的電流,扭矩以及伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器的故障代碼等等,很顯然,當(dāng)軸數(shù)多的時(shí)候,這種方式的優(yōu)勢(shì)不言而喻。
由于運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的特殊性,所以不同的廠(chǎng)家都推出自己的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制總線(xiàn),既有開(kāi)放的,也有封閉的。
雖然通訊的形式繁多,但他們解決的一般都是實(shí)時(shí)性問(wèn)題,因?yàn)閷?duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)控制來(lái)說(shuō),實(shí)時(shí)性是非常重要的。從應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)的角度來(lái)說(shuō),脈沖和通訊是沒(méi)有區(qū)別的,只是信號(hào)傳遞的形式發(fā)生了變化。

當(dāng)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器工作在任意模式下,其對(duì)應(yīng)模式可以由三種方式給定:1、使用模擬量給定;2、參數(shù)設(shè)置的內(nèi)部給定;3、通訊給定。
參數(shù)設(shè)置的內(nèi)部給定應(yīng)用比較少,為有限的有級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。
使用模擬量給定的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是響應(yīng)快,應(yīng)用于許多高精度高響應(yīng)的場(chǎng)合,缺點(diǎn)是存在零漂,給調(diào)試帶來(lái)困難,歐系和美系伺服多采用這種方式。
脈沖控制兼容常用信號(hào)方式:CW/CCW(正反向脈沖)、脈沖/方向、A/B相信號(hào)。缺點(diǎn)是響應(yīng)慢,日系和國(guó)產(chǎn)伺服多采用這種方式。
通訊給定常為總線(xiàn)通訊方式,也有點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)通訊方式和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊方式
無(wú)人化、規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)對(duì)加工設(shè)備提出了高速度、高精度、高效率的要求,交流伺服系統(tǒng)具有高響應(yīng)、免維護(hù)(無(wú)碳刷、換向器等磨損元部件)、高可靠性等特點(diǎn),正好適應(yīng)了這一需求。
進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)s"年代,微電子制造工藝的日臻完善,使得DSP運(yùn)算速度呈幾何數(shù)上升,達(dá)到了伺服環(huán)路高速實(shí)時(shí)控制的要求,一些運(yùn)動(dòng)控制芯片制造商還將電機(jī)控制所必需的外圍電路(如A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、位置/速度檢測(cè)倍頻計(jì)數(shù)器、PWM發(fā)生器等)與DSP內(nèi)核集成于一體,使得伺服控制回路采樣時(shí)間達(dá)到100µs以?xún)?nèi),由單一芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)加、減速控制,電子齒輪同步控制,位置、速度、電流三環(huán)的數(shù)字化補(bǔ)償控制。一些新的控制算法如速度前饋、加速度前饋、低通濾波、凹陷濾波等得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。另一方面,電力電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得伺服系統(tǒng)主電路功率元件的開(kāi)關(guān)頻率由2~5kHz提升到15~20kHz,IGBT(絕緣柵門(mén)雙極性晶體管)及IPM(智能型功率模塊)均是這一時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,從而提高了系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)性,降低了系統(tǒng)的噪音。以上兩個(gè)方面不僅是交流伺服實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化的基礎(chǔ),而且使得交流伺服趨于小型化。2012年一些工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的伺服系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家基本上均能夠提供全數(shù)字交流伺服系統(tǒng)或者可以與自己的CNC系統(tǒng)相配套,
全數(shù)字交流伺服技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,使得用戶(hù)根據(jù)負(fù)載狀況(如慣量、間隙、摩擦力等)調(diào)整參數(shù)更為方便,也省去了一些模擬回路所產(chǎn)生的漂移等不穩(wěn)定因素,但在發(fā)展初期,伺服接口缺乏統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),各個(gè)廠(chǎng)家均設(shè)計(jì)自己的接口電路,相互之間無(wú)可互換性,用戶(hù)適配較為麻煩。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及PC-basedCNC技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的情況下,這一問(wèn)題尤為突出。
伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是一種以機(jī)械位置或角度作為控制對(duì)象的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),例如數(shù)控機(jī)床等。伺服系統(tǒng)中的驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)要求具有響應(yīng)速度快、定位準(zhǔn)確、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量( 機(jī)電系統(tǒng)中的伺服電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量較大,為了能夠和絲杠等機(jī)械部件直接相連,也為了得到極高的響應(yīng)速度,伺服電機(jī)有一種專(zhuān)門(mén)的小慣量電機(jī)。但這類(lèi)電機(jī)的過(guò)載能力低,當(dāng)使用在進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng)中時(shí),必須加減速裝置。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量反映了系統(tǒng)的加速度特性,在選擇伺服電機(jī)時(shí),系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量不能大于電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量的3倍。)較大等特點(diǎn),這類(lèi)專(zhuān)用的電機(jī)稱(chēng)為伺服電機(jī)。當(dāng)然,其基本工作原理和普通的交直流電機(jī)沒(méi)有什么不同。該類(lèi)電機(jī)的專(zhuān)用驅(qū)動(dòng)單元稱(chēng)為伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)單元,有時(shí)簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為伺服,一般其內(nèi)部包括電流、速度和/或位置閉環(huán)。
