蒸汽輪機(jī)全稱叫蒸汽渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)(Steam turbine)是一種擷取(將水加熱后形成的)水蒸汽之動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換為渦輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的動(dòng)能的機(jī)械。相較于單級(jí)往復(fù)式蒸汽機(jī),渦輪蒸汽機(jī)大幅改善了熱效率,更接近熱力學(xué)中理想的可逆過程,并能提供更大的功率,至今它幾乎完全取代了往復(fù)式蒸汽機(jī)。渦輪蒸汽機(jī)特別適用于火力發(fā)電和核能發(fā)電,世界上大約80%的電是利用渦輪蒸汽機(jī)所產(chǎn)生。
燃?xì)猓羝啓C(jī)聯(lián)合循環(huán),是把燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)和蒸氣輪機(jī)這兩種按不同熱力循環(huán)工作的熱機(jī)聯(lián)合在一起的裝置,有時(shí)也簡稱為聯(lián)合循環(huán)。為了提高熱機(jī)的效率,應(yīng)該盡可能地提高熱機(jī)中的加熱溫度和降低排熱溫度。但蒸汽輪機(jī)和燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的熱力循環(huán)都不能很好滿足上述要求。如把它們結(jié)合起來,以燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的排熱來加熱蒸汽,就可以同時(shí)取得燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)加熱溫度較高和蒸汽輪機(jī)排熱溫度較低的雙重優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
汽輪機(jī)也稱蒸汽透平發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),是一種旋轉(zhuǎn)式蒸汽動(dòng)力裝置,高溫高壓蒸汽穿過固定噴嘴成為加速的氣流后噴射到葉片上,使裝有葉片排的轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)外做功。汽輪機(jī)是現(xiàn)代火力發(fā)電廠的主要設(shè)備,也用于冶金工業(yè)、化學(xué)工業(yè)、艦船動(dòng)力裝置中。
汽輪機(jī)是能將蒸汽熱能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械功的外燃回轉(zhuǎn)式機(jī)械。來自鍋爐的蒸汽進(jìn)入汽輪機(jī)后,依次經(jīng)過一 系列環(huán)形配置的噴嘴和動(dòng)葉,將蒸汽的熱能轉(zhuǎn)化為汽輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)械能。蒸汽在汽輪機(jī)中,以不同方式進(jìn)行能量轉(zhuǎn)換,便構(gòu)成了不同工作原理的汽輪機(jī)。
汽輪機(jī)種類很多,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、熱力性能、用途、氣缸數(shù)目的不同有多種分類方法。
按結(jié)構(gòu)
有單級(jí)汽輪機(jī)和多級(jí)汽輪機(jī);各級(jí)裝在一個(gè)汽缸內(nèi)的單缸汽輪機(jī),和各級(jí)分裝在幾個(gè)汽缸內(nèi)的多缸汽輪機(jī);各級(jí)裝在一根軸上的單軸汽輪機(jī),和各級(jí)裝在兩根平行軸上的雙軸汽輪機(jī)等。
按工作原理
有蒸汽主要在各級(jí)噴嘴(或靜葉)中膨脹的沖動(dòng)式汽輪機(jī);蒸汽在靜葉和動(dòng)葉中都膨脹的反動(dòng)式汽輪機(jī);以及蒸汽在噴嘴中膨脹后的動(dòng)能在幾列動(dòng)葉上加以利用的速度級(jí)汽輪機(jī)。
按熱力特性
有凝汽式、供熱式、背壓式、抽汽式和飽和蒸汽汽輪機(jī)等類型。凝汽式汽輪機(jī)排出的蒸汽流入凝汽器,排汽壓力低于大氣壓力,因此具有良好的熱力性能,是為常用的一種汽輪機(jī);供熱式汽輪機(jī)既提供動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)或其他機(jī)械,又提供生產(chǎn)或生活用熱,具有較高的熱能利用率;背壓式汽輪機(jī)的排汽壓力大于大氣壓力的汽輪機(jī);抽汽式汽輪機(jī)是能從中間級(jí)抽出蒸汽供熱的汽輪機(jī);飽和蒸汽輪機(jī)是以飽和狀態(tài)的蒸汽作為新蒸汽的汽輪機(jī)。
按用途
可分為為電站汽輪機(jī)、工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)、船用汽輪機(jī)等。
按汽缸數(shù)目
可分為單缸汽輪機(jī)、雙缸汽輪機(jī)和多缸汽輪機(jī)。
其他
另外還可按照蒸汽初壓(低壓、中壓、高壓、超高壓、亞臨界、超臨界、超超臨界)、排列方式(單軸、雙軸)等進(jìn)行分類。
汽輪機(jī)通常在高溫高壓及高轉(zhuǎn)速的條件下工作,是一種較為精密的重型機(jī)械,一般須與鍋爐(或其他蒸汽發(fā)生器)、發(fā)電機(jī)(或其他被驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械)以及凝汽器、加熱器、泵等組成成套設(shè)備,一起協(xié)調(diào)配合工作。
由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分和靜止部分兩個(gè)方面組成。轉(zhuǎn)子包括主軸、葉輪、動(dòng)葉片和聯(lián)軸器等。靜子包括進(jìn)汽部分、汽缸、隔板和靜葉柵、汽封及軸承等。
汽缸
汽缸是汽輪機(jī)的外殼,其作用是將汽輪機(jī)的通流部分與大氣隔開,形成封閉的汽室,保證蒸汽在汽輪機(jī)內(nèi)部完成能量的轉(zhuǎn)換過程,汽缸內(nèi)安裝著噴嘴室、隔板、隔板套等零部件;汽缸外連接著進(jìn)汽、排汽、抽汽等管道。
汽缸的高、中壓段一般采用合金鋼或碳鋼鑄造結(jié)構(gòu),低壓段可根據(jù)容量和結(jié)構(gòu)要求,采用鑄造結(jié)構(gòu)或由簡單鑄件、型鋼及鋼板焊接的焊接結(jié)構(gòu)。
高壓缸有單層缸和雙層缸兩種形式。單層缸多用于中低參數(shù)的汽輪機(jī)。雙層缸適用于參數(shù)相對(duì)較高的汽輪機(jī)。分為高壓內(nèi)缸和高壓外缸。高壓內(nèi)缸由水平中分面分開,形成上、下缸,內(nèi)缸支承在外缸的水平中分面上。高壓外缸由前后共四個(gè)貓爪支撐在前軸承箱上。貓爪由下缸一起鑄出,位于下缸的上部,這樣使支承點(diǎn)保持在水平中心線上。
中壓缸由中壓內(nèi)缸和中壓外缸組成。中壓內(nèi)缸在水平中分面上分開,形成上下汽缸,內(nèi)缸支承在外缸的水平中分面上,采用在外缸上加工出來的一外凸臺(tái)和在內(nèi)缸上的一個(gè)環(huán)形槽相互配合,保持內(nèi)缸在軸向的位置。中壓外缸由水平中分面分開,形成上下汽缸。中壓外缸也以前后兩對(duì)貓爪分別支撐在中軸承箱和1號(hào)低壓缸的前軸承箱上。
低壓缸為反向分流式,每個(gè)低壓缸由一個(gè)外缸和兩個(gè)內(nèi)缸組成,全部由板件焊接而成。汽缸的上半和下半均在垂直方向被分為三個(gè)部分,但在安裝時(shí),上缸垂直結(jié)合面已用螺栓連成一體,因此汽缸上半可作為一個(gè)零件起吊。低壓外缸由裙式臺(tái)板支承,此臺(tái)板與汽缸下半制成一體,并沿汽缸下半向兩端延伸。低壓內(nèi)缸支承在外缸上。每塊裙式臺(tái)板分別安裝在被灌漿固定在基礎(chǔ)上的基礎(chǔ)臺(tái)板上。低壓缸的位置由裙式臺(tái)板和基礎(chǔ)臺(tái)板之間的滑銷固定。
轉(zhuǎn)子
轉(zhuǎn)子是由合金鋼鍛件整體加工出來的。在高壓轉(zhuǎn)子調(diào)速器端用剛性聯(lián)軸器與一根長軸連接,此節(jié)上軸上裝有主油泵和超速跳閘結(jié)構(gòu)。
所有轉(zhuǎn)子都被精加工,并且在裝配上所有的葉片后,進(jìn)行全速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)和精確動(dòng)平衡。
套裝轉(zhuǎn)子:葉輪、軸封套、聯(lián)軸節(jié)等部件都是分別加工后,熱套在階梯型主軸上的。各部件與主軸之間采用過盈配合,以防止葉輪等因離心力及溫差作用引起松動(dòng),并用鍵傳遞力矩。中低壓汽輪機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子和高壓汽輪機(jī)的低壓轉(zhuǎn)子常采用套裝結(jié)構(gòu)。套裝轉(zhuǎn)子在高溫下,葉輪與主軸易發(fā)生松動(dòng)。所以不宜作為高溫汽輪機(jī)的高壓轉(zhuǎn)子。
整鍛轉(zhuǎn)子:葉輪、軸封套、聯(lián)軸節(jié)等部件與主軸是由一整鍛件削而成,無熱套部分,這解決了高溫下葉輪與軸連接容易松動(dòng)的問題。這種轉(zhuǎn)子常用于大型汽輪機(jī)的高、中壓轉(zhuǎn)子。結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,對(duì)啟動(dòng)和變工況適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),宜于高溫下運(yùn)行,轉(zhuǎn)子剛性好,但是鍛件大,加工工藝要求高,加工周期長,大鍛件質(zhì)量難以保證。
焊接轉(zhuǎn)子:汽輪機(jī)低壓轉(zhuǎn)子質(zhì)量大,承受的離心力大,采用套裝轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)葉輪內(nèi)孔在運(yùn)行時(shí)將發(fā)生較大的彈性形變,因而需要設(shè)計(jì)較大的裝配過盈量,但這會(huì)引起很大的裝配應(yīng)力,若采用整鍛轉(zhuǎn)子,質(zhì)量難以保證,所以采用分段鍛造、焊接組合的焊接轉(zhuǎn)子。它主要由若干個(gè)葉輪與端軸拼合焊接而成。焊接轉(zhuǎn)子質(zhì)量輕,鍛件小,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,承載能力高,與尺寸相同、有中心孔的整鍛轉(zhuǎn)子相比,焊接轉(zhuǎn)子強(qiáng)度高、剛性好,質(zhì)量輕,但對(duì)焊接性能要求高,這種轉(zhuǎn)子的應(yīng)用受焊接工藝及檢驗(yàn)方法和材料種類的限制。
組合轉(zhuǎn)子:由整鍛結(jié)構(gòu)套裝結(jié)構(gòu)組合而成,兼有兩種轉(zhuǎn)子的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
聯(lián)軸器
聯(lián)軸器用來連接汽輪機(jī)各個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子以及發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子,并將汽輪機(jī)的扭矩傳給發(fā)電機(jī)。現(xiàn)代汽輪機(jī)常用的聯(lián)軸器常用三種形式:剛性聯(lián)軸器,半撓性聯(lián)軸器和撓性聯(lián)軸器。
