伺服閥是-種根據輸入信號及輸出信號反饋量連續成比例地控制流量和壓力的液壓控制閥。根據輸入信號的方式不同,又分電液伺服閥和機液伺服閥。電液伺服閥將小功率的電信號轉換為大功率的液壓能輸出,實現執行元件的位移、速度、加速度及力的控制。
電液伺服閥由電氣一機械轉換裝置、液壓放大器和反饋(平衡)機構三部分組成。
電氣一機械轉換裝置將輸入的電信號轉換為轉角或直線位移輸出,常稱為力矩馬達或力馬達。
電液比例閥是一種性能介于普通控制閥和電液伺服閥之間的新閥種。它既可以根據輸入電信號的大小連續成比例地對油液的壓力、流量、方向實現遠距離控制、計算機控制,又在制造成本、抗污染等方面優于電液伺服閥。
電液比例閥根據用途分為:電液比例壓力閥,電液比例流量閥,電液比例方向閥。
電液比例閥的控制性能低于電液伺服閥,因此廣泛應用于要求不高的一般工業部門。

工作原理:
輸入一I,產生一電磁力,作用于閥心上,得到- -控制壓力,其pI, I變化,p也變化。
電液比例換向閥
比例電磁鐵替代普通電磁換向閥中的普通電磁鐵即可。
工作原理:輸入- ~I,得到一個運動方向,并且還可改變輸出流量的
大小;改變電流信號極性,即可改變運動方向。
比例調速閥
組成:
比例電磁鐵替代調速閥中的調節螺帽即可。
工作原理:輸入—I, 得到一相應運動,使節流閥閥口變化,流量變化,qV∞I。
電液比例多路閥負載傳感與壓力補償技術
節約能量、降低油溫和提高控制精度,同時也使同步動作幾個執行元件運動時互不干擾,現較先進工程機械都采用了負載傳感與壓力補償技術。負載傳感與壓力補償是一一個很相似概念,都是利用負載變化引起壓力變化去調節泵或閥壓力與流量以適應系統工作需求。負載傳感對定量泵系統來講是將負載壓力負載感應油路引至遠程調壓溢流閥上,當負載較小時,溢流閥調定壓力也較小;負載較大,調定壓力也較大,但也始終存一定溢流損失。變量泵系統是將負載傳感油路引入到泵變量機構,使泵輸出壓力隨負載壓力升高而升高(始終為較小固定壓差),使泵輸出流量與系統實際需要流量相等,無溢流損失,實現了節能。壓力補償是提高閥控制性能而采取一種保證措施。將閥口后負載壓力引入壓力補償閥,壓力補償閥對閥口前壓力進行調整使閥口前后壓差為常值,這樣節流口流量調節特性流經閥口流量大小就只與該閥口開度有關,而不受負載壓力影響。
工程機械電液比例閥先導控制與遙控
電液比例閥和其它專用器件技術進步使工程車輛擋位、轉向、制動和工作裝置等各種系統電氣控制成為現實。一般需要位移輸出機構可采用比例伺服控制手動多路閥驅動器完成。電氣操作具有響應快、布線靈活、可實現集成控制和與計算機接口容易等優點,現代工程機械液壓閥已越來越多采用電控先導控制電液比例閥(或電液開關閥)代替手動直接操作或液壓先導控制多路閥。采用電液比例閥(或電液開關閥)另一個顯著優點是工程車輛上可以大大減少操作手柄個數,這使駕駛室布置簡潔,能夠有效降低操作復雜性,對提高作業質量和效率都具有重要實際意義。
電液比例閥工程機械上應用實例
汽車起重機液壓系統。該機采用了3片型比例多路閥,負載傳感油路中3個梭閥將3個工作負載中大壓力選出來送至遠程調壓溢流閥遠控口,調整溢流閥溢流壓力,使液壓泵輸出壓力恰好符合系統負載需要即可,達到一定節能目。壓力補償油路使每一片閥流量僅與該閥開度有關,而所承受負載無關,它閥片所承受負載也沒有關系,達到任一負載下均可隨意控制負載速度目。
推土機推土鏟手動與電液比例先導控制實例。當二位三通電磁閥不通電時,先導壓力與手動減壓式先導閥相通,梭閥選擇來自手動先導閥壓力對液動換向閥進行控制;當二位三通電磁閥通電時,先導控制壓力油通向三通比例減壓式先導閥,梭閥對液動換向閥進行控制。
比例控制技術是在開關控制技術和伺服控制技術之間的過渡技術,采用比例放大器控制比例電磁鐵,實現對比例閥的連續控制,從而實現對液壓系統壓力、流量、方向的無級調節;但是用比例方向閥進行速度控制時,如果負載是變化的,那么執行元件的速度就會受負載變化的影響(負載小時速度快,負載大時速度慢);于是在系統設計時,人們引入了壓力補償器,它可以使比例閥閥口的壓差保持恒定,使執行元件的速度不受負載變化的影響。
某鋼廠步進梁式加熱爐中步進梁升降液壓回路。 此回路使用了比例方向閥與進口壓力補償。 由于步進梁下降時,存在超越負載,所以在油缸無桿腔設置了平衡閥。 壓力補償器的彈簧調定后(這里為定值),比例閥節流口的壓差 Δp 就近似為恒定值,即比例方向閥進油口前后壓差 Δp 保持恒定值。 當節流口前后壓差保持不變時,通過節流口的流量只與節流口的開口面積成正比。 對比例方向閥而言, 進油節流口的開口面積與比例方向閥的輸入電流信號有關,而與負載的變化無關。 亦即升降油缸的供油流量 Q 只與比例方向閥的輸入電流信號有關,與負載的變化無關。

液壓系統的組成及其作用
一個完整的液壓系統由五個部分組成,即動力元件、執行元件、控制元件、輔助元件(附件)和液壓油。
動力元件的作用是將原動機的機械能轉換成液體的壓力能,指液壓系統中的油泵,它向整個液壓系統提供動力。液壓泵的結構形式一般有齒輪泵、葉片泵和柱塞泵。
執行元件(如液壓缸和液壓馬達)的作用是將液體的壓力能轉換為機械能,驅動負載作直線往復運動或回轉運動。
控制元件(即各種液壓閥)在液壓系統中控制和調節液體的壓力、流量和方向。根據控制功能的不同,液壓閥可分為村力控制閥、流量控制閥和方向控制閥。壓力控制閥又分為益流閥(安全閥)、誠壓閥、順序閥、壓力繼電器等;流量控制閥包括節流閥、調整閥、分流集流閥等,方向控制閥包括單向閥、液控單向閥、梭閥、換向閥等。根據控制方式不同,液壓閥可分為開關式控制閥、定值控制閥和比例控制閥。
輔助元件包括油箱、濾油器、油管及管接頭、密封圈、快換接頭、高壓球閥、膠管總成、測壓接頭、壓力表、油位油溫計等。
液壓油是液壓系統中傳遞能量的工作介質,有各種礦物油、乳化液和合成型液壓油等幾大類。
液壓系統結構
液壓系統由信號控制和液壓動力兩部分組成,信號控制部分用于驅動液壓動力部分中的控制閥動作。
液壓動力部分采用回路圖方式表示,以表明不同功能元件之間的相互關系。液壓源含有液壓泵、電動機和液壓輔助元件;液壓控制部分含有各種控制閥,其用于控制工作油液的流量、壓力和方向;執行部分含有液壓缸或液壓馬達,其可按實際要求來選擇。
在分析和設計實際任務時,一般采用方框圖顯示設備中實際運行狀況。空心箭頭表示信號流,而實心箭頭則表示能量流。
基本液壓回路中的動作順序一控制元件(二位四通換向閥)的換向和彈簧復位、執行元件(雙作用液壓缸)的伸出和回縮以及溢流閥的開啟和關閉。對 于執行元件和控制元件,演示文稿都是基于相應回路圖符號,這也為介紹回路圖符號作了準備。
根據系統工作原理,您可對所有回路依次進行編號。如果一個執行元件編號為0,則與其相關的控制元件標識符則為1。如果與執行元件伸出相對應的元件標識符為偶數,則與執行元件回縮相對應的元件標識符則為奇數。不僅應對液壓回路進行編號,也應對實際設備進行編號,以便發現系統故障。
DIN ISO1219-2 標準定義了元件的編號組成,其包括下面四個部分,設備編號、回路編號、元件標識符和元件編號。如果整個系統僅有一種設備,則可省略設備編號。
實際中,另一種編號方式就是對液壓系統中所有元件進行連續編號,此時,元件編號應該與元件列表中編號相一致。這種方法特別適用于復雜液壓控制系統,每個控制回路都與其系統編號相對應。
液壓或氣動技術在工業中的應用
液壓傳動和氣壓傳動統稱為流體傳動,是根據17世紀帕斯卡提出的液體靜壓力傳動原理,利用液體與氣體來傳遞能量的一門新興技術,是工農業生產中廣為應用的一門技術。液壓技術*初用水作為工作介質,以水壓機的形式將其應用于工業上,后來隨著技術的逐步進步,介質改為油,至今大部分的液壓機械仍然是使用油作為介質,但制造出來的產品無論在性能、范圍、用途等各方面都是以往的技術所不能比及的。經過二百多年的發展,到如今,流體與氣體傳動技術水平的高低已成為一個國家工業發展水平的重要標志。液壓與氣動技術開始大范圍的應用是在二十世紀,特別是1920年以后,發展更為迅速。液壓元件大約在19世紀術20世紀初的20年間,才開始進入正規的工業生產階段。1925年維克斯發明了壓力平衡式葉片泵,為近代液壓元件工業或液壓傳動標準的逐步建立奠定了基礎。20世紀初康斯坦丁尼斯克對能量波動傳遞進行了理論及實際研究。
液壓技術一般應用于重型、大型、特大型設備,如冶金行業軋機壓下系統,連鑄機壓下系統等;高速響應隨動系統等工程機械,抗沖擊,要求功重比較高系統一般都采用液壓系統,這是應用液壓技術的三個領域。
液壓傳動基本原理
從原理上來說,液壓傳動所基于的基本的原理就是帕斯卡原理,就是說,液體各處的壓強是一致的,這樣,在平衡的系統中,比較小的活塞上面施加的壓力比較小,而大的活塞上施加的壓力也比較大,這樣能夠保持液體的靜止。所以通過液體的傳遞,可以得到不同端上的不同的壓力,這樣就可以達到一個變換的目的。我們所常見到的液壓千斤頂就是利用了這個原理來達到力的傳遞。液壓傳動中所需要的元件主要有動力元件、執行元件、控制元件、輔助元件等。其中液壓動力元件是為液壓系統產生動力的部件,主要包括各種液壓泵。液壓泵依靠容積變化原理來工作,所以一般也稱為容積液壓泵。齒輪泵是常見的一-種液壓泵,它通過兩個嚙合的齒輪的轉動使得液體進行運動。其他的液壓泵還有葉片泵、柱塞泵,在選擇液壓泵的時候主要需要注意的問題包括消耗的能量、效率、降低噪音。液壓執行元件是用來執行將液壓泵提供的液壓能轉變成機械能的裝置,主要包括液壓缸和液壓馬達。液壓馬達是與液壓泵做相反的工作的裝置,也就是把液壓的能量轉換稱為機械能,從而對外做功。液壓控制元件用來控制液體流動的方向、壓力的高低以及對流量的大小進行預期的控制,以滿足特定的工作要求。正是因為液壓控制元器件的靈活性,使得液壓控制系統能夠完成不同的活動。液壓控制元件按照用途可以分成壓力控制閥、流量控制閥、方向控制閥。按照操作方式可以分成人力操縱閥、機械操縱法、電動操縱閥等。除了上述的元件以外,液壓控制系統還需要液壓輔助元件。這些元件包括管路和管接頭、油箱、過濾器.蓄能器和密封裝置。通過以上的各個器件,我們就能夠建設出一個液壓回路。所謂液壓回路就是通過各種液壓器件構成的相應的控制回路。根據不同的控制目標,我們能夠設計不同的回路,比如壓力控制回路、速度控制回路、多缸工作控制回路等。根據液壓傳動的結構及其特點,在液壓系統的設計中,首先要進行系統分析,然后擬定系統的原理圖,其中這個原理圖是用液壓機械符號來表示的。
之后通過計算選擇液壓器件,進而再完成系統的設計和調試。這個過程中,原理圖的繪制是關鍵的。它決定了一個設計系統的優劣。液壓傳動的應用性是很強的,比如裝卸堆碼機液壓系統,它作為一種倉儲機械,在現代化的倉庫里利用它實現紡織品包、油桶、木桶等貨物的裝卸機械化工作。也可以應用在萬能外圓磨床液壓系統等生產實踐中。這些系統的特點是功率比較大,生產的效率比較高,平穩性比較好。 -
