液壓控制閥,
一、液壓控制閥的分類
1.概述
在液壓系統(tǒng)中,用于控制和調(diào)節(jié)工作壓力的高低、流量大小以及改變流量方向的元件統(tǒng)稱為液壓控制閥。液壓控制閥通過對(duì)工作液體的壓力、流量以及流液方向的控制與調(diào)節(jié),從而可以控制液壓執(zhí)行元件的開啟、停止和換向,調(diào)節(jié)其運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和輸出扭矩(或力)
2.液壓控制閥的分類 .
2.1按功能分類
(1)壓力控制閥用于控制或調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)或回路壓力的閥, 如溢流閥、減壓閥、順序閥壓力繼電器等;
(2)方向控制閥用于控制或調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)或回路中方向及其通和斷,從而控制執(zhí)行元件的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向及其啟動(dòng)、停止的閥。如單向閥、換向閥等;
(3)流量控制閥用于控制或調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)或回路中工作液體流量大小的閥。如節(jié)流閥、調(diào)速閥、分集流閥等
2.2按閥的控制方式分類
液壓控制閥按控制方式可分為:
(1)開關(guān)(或定值)控制閥:借助于通斷型電磁鐵及手動(dòng)、機(jī)動(dòng)、液動(dòng)等方式,將閥芯位置或閥芯上的彈簧設(shè)定在某一工作狀態(tài) ,使液流的壓力、流量或流向保持不變的閥。這類閥屬于常見的普通液壓閥
(2)比例控制閥:采用比例電磁鐵(或力矩馬達(dá))將輸入信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成力或閥的機(jī)械位移,使閥的輸出(壓力、流量)也按照其輸入量連續(xù)、成比例地進(jìn)行控制的閥,比例控制閥一般屬于開環(huán)控制閥, 現(xiàn)在也很多用在閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。
(3)伺服控制閥:其輸入信號(hào)(電量、機(jī)械量)多為偏差信號(hào)(輸入信號(hào)與反饋信號(hào)的差值),閥的輸出量( 壓力、流量)也按照其輸入量連續(xù)、成比例地進(jìn)行控制的閥。這類閥的工作性能類似于比例控制閥,但具有較高的動(dòng)態(tài)瞬應(yīng)和靜態(tài)性能,多用于要求較高的、響應(yīng)快的閉環(huán)液壓控制系統(tǒng)。
(4)數(shù)字控制閥:用于數(shù)字信息直接控制的閥類。
二、壓力控制閥
壓力控制閥(簡(jiǎn)稱壓力閥)是用來(lái)控制液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)或氣壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中流體壓力的一種控制閥。
常用的壓力閥有:溢流閥、減壓閥、順序閥和壓力繼電器等。
大型鋼廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用的壓力控制閥種類很多, 如:減壓溢流閥、比例減壓閥、先導(dǎo)式溢流閥、直動(dòng)式溢流閥、溢流閥、電磁溢流閥、板式減壓閥、減壓閥、比例減壓溢流閥、壓力補(bǔ)償器。
針對(duì)具有代表性的,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)易出故障的壓力控制閥的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。
1、DR型先導(dǎo)式減壓閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)分析
其組成主要包括帶主閥插件(3)的主閥(1)和帶壓力調(diào)節(jié)組件的先導(dǎo)閥(2)。在靜態(tài)位置,閥常開,油液可自由地從油口B經(jīng)主閥芯插件(3)進(jìn)入油口A。油口A的壓力作用于主閥芯的底側(cè)。同時(shí)作用于先導(dǎo)閥(2)中的球閥(6)上, 經(jīng)節(jié)流孔(4)作用于主閥芯(3)的彈簧加載側(cè),并且流經(jīng)油口(5)。
同樣,壓力經(jīng)節(jié)流孔(7)、控制油路(8)、單向閥(9)和節(jié)流孔(10)作用于球閥(6)上。根據(jù)彈簧(11)的設(shè)定,在球閥(6)前部、油口(5)中和彈簧腔(12)內(nèi)建壓,保持控制活塞(13)處于開啟位置。
油液可自由地從油口B經(jīng)主閥芯插件(3)流入油口A,直至油口A的壓力超過彈簧(11)的設(shè)定值,并打開球閥(6)、控制活塞(13)移至關(guān)閉位置。
當(dāng)油口A的壓力與彈簧設(shè)定壓力之間達(dá)到平衡時(shí), 獲得期望的減壓壓力。控制油經(jīng)控制油路(15)由外部從彈簧腔(14)泄回油箱。通過安裝一個(gè)可選的單向閥 (16)可實(shí)現(xiàn)從油口A至B的自由返回流動(dòng)。壓力表接口(17)用于油口A的減壓壓力監(jiān)測(cè)。
2、3DR型先導(dǎo)式減壓閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)分析
3DR型減壓閥是三通先導(dǎo)式減壓閥,起到減壓溢流作用。
減壓閥主要包括帶控制閥芯(2)的主閥(1) 和帶調(diào)壓裝置(10)的先導(dǎo)控制閥(3)。在靜態(tài)位置,閥常開,油液可自由地從油口P經(jīng)主閥芯(2)進(jìn)入油口A。油口A的壓力通過孔(4)作用于主閥芯的右側(cè)壓縮彈簧。同時(shí)通過節(jié)流孔(6)作用于主閥(2)的彈簧一側(cè)(6)上 ,經(jīng)通道(5)作用于先導(dǎo)球閥(7)。
根據(jù)彈簧(11)的設(shè)定,在球閥(7)之前和通道(5)中建壓,保持控制閥芯(2)處于開啟位置。油液可自由地從油口P經(jīng)主閥芯流入油口A ,直至油口A的壓力超過彈簧(11)的設(shè)定值,并打開球閥(7)
當(dāng)油口A的壓力與彈簧設(shè)定壓力之間達(dá)到平衡時(shí),獲得期望的減壓壓力。
如果油口A的壓力在外力的作用下繼續(xù)升高, 主閥芯(2)繼續(xù)壓向彈簧(9),這樣油口A通過腔(8)與油口T相連,多余的壓力油泄回油箱,從而確保減壓壓力不變。
先導(dǎo)油的回油必須外泄到Y(jié)口, Y口油液要無(wú)背壓自由回油箱。
壓力表連接(14)用于油口A的減壓壓力監(jiān)測(cè)。
3、DB/DBW型先導(dǎo)式溢流閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)分析
DB和DBW型壓力控制閥是先導(dǎo)式溢流閥。它們用于限制( DB型),或用電磁鐵限制及卸荷系統(tǒng)壓力( DBW型)
該溢流閥(DB型)的組成主要包括帶主閥芯插件(3)的主閥(1)和帶壓力調(diào)節(jié)組件的先導(dǎo)閥(2 ) DB型溢流閥油路A中的壓力作用于主閥芯( 3 )上。同時(shí),壓力經(jīng)帶節(jié)流孔(4)和(5 )的控制通路(6 )和( 7 ),作用在主閥芯( 3 )的彈簧加載側(cè)及先導(dǎo)閥(2)的球(8)上。
如果A口的壓力超過彈簧(9)的設(shè)定值,球(8)克服彈簧力(9)而使先導(dǎo)閥開啟。該信號(hào)經(jīng)控制信道( 10 )和(6 )從A口內(nèi)部獲取。主閥芯(3 )彈簧加載側(cè)的油液經(jīng)過控制通路(7 )節(jié)流孔(11 )和球閥(8 )流入彈簧腔( 12)對(duì)DB..5*/.- .型它由控制通路( 13 )內(nèi)部引入油箱, 而對(duì)DB.. 5...型經(jīng)控制通路( 14 )它由外部弓入油箱。節(jié)流孔(4 )和(5 )在主閥芯(3 )兩端產(chǎn)生壓降,因此A到B連接通道被打開。油液由A口流向B口,而設(shè)定工作壓力保持不變。
溢流閥借助油口X ( 15 )可對(duì)不同壓力(二級(jí)壓力)卸荷或切換。
4、ZDR 6 D型減壓閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)分析
ZDR 6 D型減壓閥是疊加式結(jié)構(gòu)三通直動(dòng)式減壓閥,它對(duì)次級(jí)回路有減壓功能。用于系統(tǒng)壓力減壓。
其組成主要包括閥體( 1 )控制閥芯( 2 )壓縮彈簧( 3 )和調(diào)節(jié)組件(4 )以及可選單向閥。由調(diào)節(jié)組件( 4)設(shè)定二次壓力。DA型在靜態(tài)位置,該閥常開, 油液可自由地從油口A1流向油口A2。油口A2壓力經(jīng)控制油路( 5 )同時(shí)作用于壓縮彈簧對(duì)面的活塞面積上。當(dāng)油口A2的壓力超過彈簧(3 )設(shè)定值時(shí), 控制閥芯(2 )移至控制位置,油口A2的壓力保持穩(wěn)定。
信號(hào)和控制油經(jīng)控制油道( 5 )從油口A2內(nèi)部提供。如果油口A2的壓力由于外力作用于執(zhí)行器而繼續(xù)升高,閥芯就繼續(xù)向壓縮彈簧(3 )方向移動(dòng)。這樣油口A2經(jīng)控制活塞(2)上的臺(tái)肩(9 )與油箱連通。足夠的油液流回油箱,以防止壓力進(jìn)一-步升高。彈簧腔(7 )經(jīng)孔(6 )至油口T ( Y )由外部泄油至油箱。
壓力表接口(8 )用于閥的二次壓力監(jiān)測(cè)。

液壓傳動(dòng)
與機(jī)械傳動(dòng)相比。液壓傳動(dòng)更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)其運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)(流量)和動(dòng)力參數(shù)(壓力)的控制,而液壓傳動(dòng)較之液力傳動(dòng)具有良好的低速負(fù)荷特性。由于具有傳遞效率高,可進(jìn)行恒功率輸出控制,功率利用充分,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,輸出轉(zhuǎn)速無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,可正、反向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),速度剛性大,動(dòng)作實(shí)現(xiàn)容易等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),液壓傳動(dòng)在工程機(jī)械中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。幾乎所有工程機(jī)械裝備都能見到液壓技術(shù)的蹤跡,其中不少已成為主要的傳動(dòng)和控制方式。極限負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)閉式回路,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速控制的恒壓,恒功率組合調(diào)節(jié)的變量系統(tǒng)開發(fā),給液壓傳動(dòng)應(yīng)用于工程機(jī)械行走系提供了廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
一、液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用
液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)在近代工業(yè)制造中的應(yīng)用
液壓傳動(dòng)有許多突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此它的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,如一般工業(yè)用的塑料加工機(jī)械、壓力機(jī)械、機(jī)床等,行走機(jī)械中的工程機(jī)械、建筑機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、汽車等;鋼鐵工業(yè)用的冶金機(jī)械、提升裝置、軋輥調(diào)整裝置等;土木水利工程用的防洪閘門及堤壩裝置、河床升降裝置、橋梁操縱機(jī)構(gòu)等,發(fā)電廠渦輪機(jī)調(diào)速裝置、發(fā)電廠等等。
二、液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的原理與特點(diǎn)
1、液壓傳動(dòng)的介紹
液壓傳動(dòng)是用液體作為工作介質(zhì)來(lái)傳遞能量和進(jìn)行控制的傳動(dòng)方式。液壓傳動(dòng)和氣壓傳動(dòng)并稱為流體傳動(dòng),是根據(jù)17世紀(jì)帕斯卡提出的液體靜壓力傳動(dòng)原理而發(fā)展起來(lái)的一門新興技術(shù),是工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛的技術(shù)。
2、液壓傳動(dòng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
(1)體積小、重量輕,因此慣性力較小,當(dāng)突然過載或停車時(shí),不會(huì)發(fā)生大的沖擊,
(2)能在給定范圍內(nèi)平穩(wěn)的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)牽引速度,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)極調(diào)速;
(3)換向容易,在不改變電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向的情況下,可以較方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)工作機(jī)構(gòu)旋轉(zhuǎn)和直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)換;
(4)液壓泵和液壓馬達(dá)之間用油管連接,在空間布置上彼此不受嚴(yán)格限制;
(5) 由于采用油液為工作介質(zhì),元件相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)表面間能自行潤(rùn)滑,磨損小,使用壽命長(zhǎng);
(6)操縱控制簡(jiǎn)便,自動(dòng)化程度高;
(7)容易實(shí)現(xiàn)過載保護(hù)。
液壓傳動(dòng)有許多突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此它的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,如一般工業(yè)用的塑料加工機(jī)械、壓力機(jī)械、機(jī)床等,行走機(jī)械中的工程機(jī)械、建筑機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、汽車等,鋼鐵工業(yè)用的冶金機(jī)械、提升裝置、軋輥調(diào)整裝置等,土木水利工程用的防洪閘門及堤壩裝置、河床升降裝置、橋粱操縱機(jī)構(gòu)等;發(fā)電廠渦輪機(jī)調(diào)速裝置等等,船舶用的甲板起重機(jī)械、船頭門、艙壁閥、船尾推進(jìn)器等,特殊技術(shù)用的控制裝置、測(cè)量浮標(biāo)、升降旋轉(zhuǎn)舞臺(tái)等。
3、液壓傳動(dòng)的基本原理
液壓傳動(dòng)的基本原理是在密閉的容器內(nèi),利用有壓力的油液作為工作介質(zhì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)能量轉(zhuǎn)換和傳遞動(dòng)力的。其中的液體稱為工作介質(zhì),一般為礦物油,它的作用和機(jī)械傳動(dòng)中的皮帶、鏈條和齒輪等傳動(dòng)元件相類似。液壓傳動(dòng)是利用帕斯卡原理!帕斯卡原理是大概就是:在密閉環(huán)境中,向液體施加一個(gè)力,這個(gè)液體會(huì)向各個(gè)方向傳遞這個(gè)力!力的大小不變!液壓傳動(dòng)就是利用這個(gè)物理性質(zhì),向一個(gè)物體施加一個(gè)力,利用帕斯卡原理使這個(gè)力變大!從而起到舉起重物的效果!
液壓傳動(dòng)在閥門行業(yè)也得到很大的應(yīng)用,如閥門的機(jī)床制造加工設(shè)備、閥門]液壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備、閥門的液壓傳動(dòng)裝置等。
三、液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的組成
1、液壓動(dòng)力原件
將動(dòng)力裝置的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成為液壓能的裝置,其作用是為液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)提供壓力油,是液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力源。例如液壓泵。
1.1液壓泵
液壓泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力元件,其作用是將原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成液體的壓力能,指液壓系統(tǒng)中的油泵,它向整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力。液壓泵的結(jié)構(gòu)形式一般有齒輪泵、葉片泵和柱塞泵。
1.2齒輪泵
齒輪泵即依靠密封在個(gè)殼體中的兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上齒輪,在相互嚙合過程中所產(chǎn)生的工作空間容積變化來(lái)輸送液體的泵。齒輪泵的概念是很簡(jiǎn)單的,即它的基本形式就是兩個(gè)尺寸相同的齒輪在一個(gè)緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個(gè)殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形,兩個(gè)齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來(lái)自于擠出機(jī)的物料在吸入口進(jìn)入兩個(gè)齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運(yùn)動(dòng),*后在兩齒嚙合時(shí)排出。困油現(xiàn)象齒輪泵要平穩(wěn)工作,齒輪嚙合的重合度必須大于1, 于是總有兩對(duì)齒輪同時(shí)嚙合, :并有一部分油液被圍困在兩對(duì)輪齒所圍成的封閉容腔之間。這個(gè)封閉的容腔開始隨著
齒輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)逐漸減小,以后又逐漸加大。封閉腔容積的減小會(huì)使被困油液受擠壓而產(chǎn)生很高的壓力,并且從縫隙中擠出,導(dǎo)致油液發(fā)熱,并致使機(jī)件受到額外的負(fù)載,而封閉腔容積的增大又造成局部真空,使油液中溶解的氣體分離,產(chǎn)生氣穴現(xiàn)象。這些都將產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的振動(dòng)和噪音,這就是齒輪泵的困意現(xiàn)象。
危害:徑向不平衡力很大時(shí)能使軸彎曲,齒頂與殼體接觸,同時(shí)加速軸承的磨損,降低軸承的壽命。
消除困油現(xiàn)象方法:通常是在兩側(cè)蓋板上開卸荷槽,使封閉腔容積誠(chéng)小時(shí)通過左邊的卸荷槽與壓油腔相通,容積增大時(shí)通過右邊的卸荷槽與吸油腔相通。
1.3葉片泵
葉片泵即通過葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn),將動(dòng)力機(jī)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換為水能(勢(shì)能、動(dòng)能、壓能)的水力機(jī)械。
葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),葉片在離心力和壓力油的作用下,尖部緊貼在定子內(nèi)表面上。這樣兩個(gè)葉片與轉(zhuǎn)子和定子內(nèi)表面所構(gòu)成的工作容積,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時(shí),完成兩次吸油與排油。
1.4柱塞泵
柱塞泵即利用柱塞在泵缸體內(nèi)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),使柱塞與泵壁間形成容積改變,反復(fù)吸入和排;出液體并增高其壓力的泵。
柱塞泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要裝置。它依靠柱塞在缸體中往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),使密封工作容腔的容積發(fā)生變化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)吸油、壓油。柱塞泵具有額定壓力高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、效率高和流量調(diào)節(jié)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于高壓、大流量和流量需要調(diào)節(jié)的場(chǎng)合,諸如液壓機(jī)、工程機(jī)械和船舶中。
2、液壓執(zhí)行元件
將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械能的裝置,其作用是在壓力油的推動(dòng)下輸出力和速度或轉(zhuǎn)矩和速度,以驅(qū)動(dòng)工作裝置做工。例如液壓缸、液壓馬達(dá)。
2.1液壓馬達(dá)
液壓馬達(dá)習(xí)慣上是指輸出旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的,將液壓泵提供的液壓能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能的能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。
液壓馬達(dá)亦稱為油馬達(dá),主要應(yīng)用于注塑機(jī)械、船舶、起揚(yáng)機(jī)、工程機(jī)械、建筑機(jī)械、煤礦機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、冶金機(jī)械、船舶機(jī)械、石油化工、港口機(jī)械等。
高速馬達(dá)齒輪馬達(dá)具有體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工藝性好、對(duì)油液的污染不敏感、耐沖擊和慣性小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。缺點(diǎn)有扭矩脈動(dòng)較大、效率較低、起動(dòng)扭矩較小(僅為額定扭矩的60%-一70%)和低速穩(wěn)定性差等。
2.2液壓缸
液壓缸是將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能的、做直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)(或擺動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng))的液壓執(zhí)行元件。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠。用它來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),可免去減速裝置,并且沒有傳動(dòng)間隙,運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn),因此在各種機(jī)械的液壓系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。液壓缸輸出力和活塞有效面積及其兩邊的壓差成正比;液壓缸基本上由缸筒和缸蓋、活塞和活塞桿、密封裝置、緩神裝置與排氣裝置組成。緩神裝置與排氣裝置視具體應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合而定,其他裝置則必不可少。
3.3液壓控制調(diào)節(jié)元件
用來(lái)控制液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中油液的流動(dòng)方向、壓力和流量,以保證液壓執(zhí)行元件和工作裝置完成指定工作。
液壓傳動(dòng)中用來(lái)控制液體壓力、流量和方向的元件。其中控制壓力的稱為壓力控制閥,控制流量的稱為流量控制閥,控制通、斷和流向的稱為方向控制閥。
3.4液壓輔助元件
保證液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)正常工作。例如油箱、油管、濾油器。
液壓輔件是系統(tǒng)的一一個(gè)重要組成部分,其合理設(shè)計(jì)和選用在很大程度上影響液壓系統(tǒng)的效率、噪聲、溫升、工作可靠性等技術(shù)性能。主要包括:
3.4.1過濾器
過濾器的作用:濾去油中雜質(zhì),維護(hù)油液清潔,防止油液污染,保證系統(tǒng)正常工作。
3.4.2蓄能器
蓄能器的作用:
蓄能器是液壓系統(tǒng)中儲(chǔ)存和釋放壓力能的裝置。
1.作輔助動(dòng)力源或緊急動(dòng)力源在工作循環(huán)不同階段需要的流量變化很大時(shí),常采用蓄能器和一個(gè)流量較小的泵組成油源。另外當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)泵的原動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生故障時(shí),蓄能器可作緊急動(dòng)力源。
2.保壓和補(bǔ)充泄漏需要較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保壓而泵卸載時(shí),可利用蓄能器釋放儲(chǔ)存的壓力油,補(bǔ)充系統(tǒng)泄漏,保持系統(tǒng)壓力。
3.吸收沖擊和消除壓力脈動(dòng)在壓力沖擊處和泵的出口安裝蓄能器可吸收壓力沖擊峰值和壓力脈動(dòng),提高系統(tǒng)工作的平穩(wěn)性。
3.4.3油箱
油箱是液壓系統(tǒng)中儲(chǔ)存液壓油用。
油箱的功用:
儲(chǔ)存系統(tǒng)所需的足夠油液;;
散發(fā)油液中的熱量;
逸出溶解在油液中的空氣; :
沉淀油液中的污物;
對(duì)中小型液壓系統(tǒng),泵裝置及一些液壓元件還安裝在油箱頂板上。
3.4.4熱交換器
系統(tǒng)能量損失轉(zhuǎn)換為熱量以后,會(huì)使油液溫度升高。若長(zhǎng)時(shí)間油溫過高,油液粘度下降,泄漏增加,密封老化,油液氧化,嚴(yán)重影響系統(tǒng)正常工作。為保證正常工作溫度在20~65C,需要在系統(tǒng)中安裝冷卻器。相反,油溫過低,油液粘度過大,設(shè)備啟動(dòng)困難,壓力損失加大并引起過大的振動(dòng)。此種情況下系統(tǒng)應(yīng)安裝加熱器,將油液溫度升高到適合的溫度。
3.4.5管件
管件是用來(lái)連接液壓元件、輸送液壓油液的連接件。它應(yīng)保證有足夠的強(qiáng)度,沒有泄漏,密封性能好,壓力損失小,拆裝方便。
3.4.6密封裝置
密封裝置用來(lái)防止系統(tǒng)油液的內(nèi)外泄漏,以及外界灰塵和異物的侵入,保證系統(tǒng)建立必要壓力。
3.5液壓工作介質(zhì)
工作介質(zhì)指?jìng)鲃?dòng)液體,通常被稱為液壓油。
3.5.1液壓油
液壓油引就是利用液體壓力能的液壓系統(tǒng)使用的液壓介質(zhì),在液壓系統(tǒng)中起著能量傳遞、系統(tǒng)潤(rùn)滑、防腐、防銹、冷卻等作用。對(duì)于液壓油來(lái)說(shuō),首先應(yīng)滿足液壓裝置在工作溫度下與啟動(dòng)溫度下對(duì)液體粘度的要求,由于油的粘度變化直接與液壓動(dòng)作、傳遞效率和傳遞精度有關(guān),還要求油的粘溫性能和剪切安定性應(yīng)滿足不同用途所提出的各種需求。
3.5.2液壓油的要求
質(zhì)量要求:
1.合適的粘 度和良好的粘溫性能,以保證液壓元件在工作壓力和工作溫度發(fā)生變化的條件下得到良好潤(rùn)滑、冷卻和密封。
2.良好的極壓抗磨性, 以保證油泵、液壓馬達(dá)、控制閥和油缸中的摩擦副在高壓、高速苛刻條件下得到正常的潤(rùn)滑,減少磨損。
3.優(yōu)良的抗氧化安定性、水解安定性和熱穩(wěn)定性,以抵抗空氣、水分和高溫、高壓等因素的影響或作用,使其不易老化變質(zhì),延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
4.良好的抗泡性 和空氣釋放值,以保證在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中受到機(jī)械劇烈攪拌的條件下產(chǎn)生的泡沫能迅速消失:并能將混入油中的空氣在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)釋放出來(lái),以實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確、靈敏、平穩(wěn)地傳遞靜壓。
5.良好的抗乳化性, 能與混入油中的水分迅速分離,以免形成乳化液,引起液壓系統(tǒng)的金屬材質(zhì)銹蝕和降低使用性能。
6.良好的防銹性,以防止金屬表面銹蝕。
