交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)定子的構(gòu)造基本上與電容分相式單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相似.其定子上裝有兩個(gè)位置互差90°的繞組,一個(gè)是勵(lì)磁繞組Rf,它始終接在交流電壓Uf上;另一個(gè)是控制繞組L,聯(lián)接控制信號(hào)電壓Uc。所以交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)又稱兩個(gè)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子通常做成鼠籠式,但為了使伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍、線性的機(jī)械特性,無“自轉(zhuǎn)”現(xiàn)象和快速響應(yīng)的性能,它與普通電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,應(yīng)具有轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量小這兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)。目前應(yīng)用較多的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)有兩種形式:一種是采用高電阻率的導(dǎo)電材料做成的高電阻率導(dǎo)條的鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子,為了減小轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,轉(zhuǎn)子做得細(xì)長(zhǎng);另一種是采用鋁合金制成的空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子,杯壁很薄,僅0.2-0.3mm,為了減小磁路的磁阻,要在空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)放置固定的內(nèi)定子.空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量很小,反應(yīng)迅速,而且運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),因此被廣泛采用。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)在沒有控制電壓時(shí),定子內(nèi)只有勵(lì)磁繞組產(chǎn)生的脈動(dòng)磁場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)子靜止不動(dòng)。當(dāng)有控制電壓時(shí),定子內(nèi)便產(chǎn)生一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)子沿旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的方向旋轉(zhuǎn),在負(fù)載恒定的情況下,電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速隨控制電壓的大小而變化,當(dāng)控制電壓的相位相反時(shí),伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)將反轉(zhuǎn)。
永磁交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)同直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)比較,主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)有:
⑴無電刷和換向器,因此工作可靠,對(duì)維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)要求低。
⑵定子繞組散熱比較方便。
⑶慣量小,易于提高系統(tǒng)的快速性。
⑷適應(yīng)于高速大力矩工作狀態(tài)。

步進(jìn)電機(jī)作為一種開環(huán)控制的系統(tǒng),和現(xiàn)代數(shù)字控制技術(shù)有著本質(zhì)的聯(lián)系。在目前國(guó)內(nèi)的數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)中,步進(jìn)電機(jī)的應(yīng)用十分廣泛。隨著全數(shù)字式交流伺服系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn),交流伺服電機(jī)也越來越多地應(yīng)用于數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)中。為了適應(yīng)數(shù)字控制的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中大多采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)或全數(shù)字式交流伺服電機(jī)作為執(zhí)行電動(dòng)機(jī)。雖然兩者在控制方式上相似(脈沖串和方向信號(hào)),但在使用性能和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合上存在著較大的差異。現(xiàn)就二者的使用性能作一比較。

伺服電機(jī)工作原理

永磁交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)
自從德國(guó)MANNESMANN的Rexroth公司的Indramat分部在1978年漢諾威貿(mào)易博覽會(huì)上正式推出MAC永磁交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)和驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),這標(biāo)志著此種新一代交流伺服技術(shù)已進(jìn)入實(shí)用化階段。到20世紀(jì)80年代中后期,各公司都已有完整的系列產(chǎn)品。整個(gè)伺服裝置市場(chǎng)都轉(zhuǎn)向了交流系統(tǒng)。早期的模擬系統(tǒng)在諸如零漂、抗干擾、可靠性、精度和柔性等方面存在不足,尚不能完全滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的要求,近年來隨著微處理器、新型數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)的應(yīng)用,出現(xiàn)了數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng),控制部分可完全由軟件進(jìn)行,稱為永磁交流伺服系統(tǒng)。
伺服電機(jī)原理
一、交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)
交流同服電動(dòng)機(jī)定子的構(gòu)造基本上與電容分相式單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相似,其定子上裝有兩個(gè)位置互差90°的繞組,一個(gè)是勵(lì)磁繞組Rf,它始終接在交流電壓Uf上;另一個(gè)是控制繞組L,聯(lián)接控制信號(hào)電壓Uc。所以交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)又稱兩個(gè)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子通常做成鼠籠式,但為了使伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍、線性的機(jī)械特性,無“自轉(zhuǎn)”現(xiàn)象和快速響應(yīng)的性能,它與普通電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,應(yīng)具有轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量小這兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)。目前應(yīng)用較多的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)有兩種形式:一種是采用高電阻率的導(dǎo)電材料做成的高電阻率導(dǎo)條的鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子,為了減小轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,轉(zhuǎn)子做得細(xì)長(zhǎng);另一種是采用鋁合金制成的空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子,杯壁很薄,僅0.2-0.3mm,為了減小磁路的磁阻,要在空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)放置固定的內(nèi)定子.空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量很小,反應(yīng)迅速,而且運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),因此被廣泛采用。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)在沒有控制電壓時(shí),定子內(nèi)只有勵(lì)磁繞組產(chǎn)生的脈動(dòng)磁場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)子靜止不動(dòng)。當(dāng)有控制電壓時(shí),定子內(nèi)便產(chǎn)生-一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)子沿旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的方向旋轉(zhuǎn),在負(fù)載恒定的情況下,電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速隨控制電壓的大小而變化,當(dāng)控制電壓的相位相反時(shí),伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)將反轉(zhuǎn)。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理與分相式單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)雖然相似,但前者的轉(zhuǎn)子電阻比后者大得多,所以伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)與單機(jī)異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,有三個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn):
1、起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大
2、運(yùn)行范圍較廣
3、無自轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象
正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的伺服電動(dòng)機(jī),只要失去控制電壓,電機(jī)立即停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)失去控制電壓后,它處于單相運(yùn)行狀態(tài),由于轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大,定子中兩個(gè)相反方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)與轉(zhuǎn)子作用所產(chǎn)生的兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)矩特性(T1-S1、T2- S2曲線)以及合成轉(zhuǎn)矩特性(T- S曲線)交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出功率一般是0.1-100W。當(dāng)電源頻率為50Hz,電壓有36V、110V、 220、380V; 當(dāng)電源頻率為400Hz,電壓有20V、26V、36V、115V等多種。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音小。但控制特性是非線性,并且由于轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大,損耗大,效率低,因此與同容量直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,體積大、重量重,所以只適用于0.5-100W的小功率控制系統(tǒng)。

各種控制電機(jī)有各自的控制任務(wù):

對(duì)控制電機(jī)的主要要求:動(dòng)作靈敏、準(zhǔn)確、重量輕、體積小、耗電少、運(yùn)行可靠等。
伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)又稱執(zhí)行電動(dòng)機(jī)。其功能是將輸入的電壓控制信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為軸上輸出的角位移和角速度,驅(qū)動(dòng)控制對(duì)象。
伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)可控性好,反應(yīng)迅速。是自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算機(jī)外圍設(shè)備中常用的執(zhí)行元件。伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)可分為兩類:直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)、交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)。

勵(lì)磁繞組固定接在電源上,當(dāng)控制電壓為零時(shí),電機(jī)無起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩,轉(zhuǎn)子不轉(zhuǎn)。
若有控制電壓加在控制繞組上,且勵(lì)磁電流i,和控制繞組電流I,不同相時(shí),因此便產(chǎn)生兩相旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)。在旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的作用下,轉(zhuǎn)子便轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)起來。
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn):不僅要求它在靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下,能服從控制信號(hào)的命令而轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),而且要求在電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)如果控制電壓變?yōu)榱悖妱?dòng)機(jī)立即停轉(zhuǎn)。
但如果交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的參數(shù)選擇和一-般單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相似,電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),即使控制等于零,
電動(dòng)機(jī)仍繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),電動(dòng)機(jī)失去控制,這種現(xiàn)象稱為“自轉(zhuǎn)”。
直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)與直流電動(dòng)機(jī)基本相同。只是為減小轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,電機(jī)做得細(xì)長(zhǎng)一些。
直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理也與直流電動(dòng)機(jī)相同。
供電方式:他勵(lì)供電。勵(lì)磁繞組和電樞分別由兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的電源供電。
測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)是一種轉(zhuǎn)速測(cè)量傳感器。在許多自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中,它被用來測(cè)量旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置的轉(zhuǎn)速,向控制電路提供與轉(zhuǎn)速大小成正比的信號(hào)電壓。
測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)分為交流和直流兩種類型。
交流測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)
交流測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)又分為同步式和異步式兩種,這里只分析異步式交流測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)的工作原理。
異步式交流測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)與杯形轉(zhuǎn)子交流伺服電機(jī)相似,它的定子上有兩個(gè)繞組,一個(gè)是勵(lì)磁繞組,一個(gè)是輸出繞組。
直流測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)分永磁式和他勵(lì)式兩種。兩種電機(jī)的電樞相同,工作時(shí)電樞接負(fù)載電阻。但永磁式的定子使用磁鐵產(chǎn)生磁場(chǎng),因而沒有勵(lì)磁線圈;他勵(lì)式的結(jié)構(gòu)與直流伺服電機(jī)相同,工作時(shí)勵(lì)磁繞組加直流電壓勵(lì)磁。
測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)的作用是將機(jī)械速度轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡妷?信號(hào),在自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算裝置中作為檢測(cè)元件、校正元件等。如在恒速控制系統(tǒng)中,測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)將速度轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓信號(hào)作為反饋信號(hào),達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)速度的作用。
步進(jìn)電機(jī)是利用電磁鐵的作用原理,將脈沖信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為線位移或角位移的電機(jī)。每來一個(gè)電脈沖,步進(jìn)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一定角度,帶動(dòng)機(jī)械移動(dòng)一小段距離。
特點(diǎn):
(1)來一個(gè)脈沖,轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)步距角。
(2)控制脈沖頻率,可控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速。
(3)改變脈沖順序,可改變轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向。
由于步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)的這一工作職能正好符合數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)要求,因此它在數(shù)控機(jī)床、鐘表工業(yè)及自動(dòng)記錄儀等方面都有很廣泛的應(yīng)用
種類:勵(lì)磁式和反應(yīng)式兩種。
區(qū)別在于勵(lì)磁式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子上有勵(lì)磁線圈,依靠電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩工作。反應(yīng)式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子上沒有勵(lì)磁線圈。依靠變化的的磁阻生成磁阻轉(zhuǎn)矩工作。反應(yīng)式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的應(yīng)用*廣泛,它有兩相、三相、多相之分。這里主要討論三相反應(yīng)式步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理。
從結(jié)構(gòu)上看,自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)分為開環(huán)控制和閉環(huán)控制兩類。
開環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,控制對(duì)象按照控制指令工作,但不能根據(jù)輸出結(jié)果自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),僅用于對(duì)控制精度要求不高的場(chǎng)合。
閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜。把輸出信號(hào)的一部分通過反饋環(huán)節(jié)引回到輸入端,與給定信號(hào)比較,得到誤差信號(hào),再送入控制對(duì)象去調(diào)節(jié)輸出結(jié)果。如此反復(fù)循環(huán),直至誤差為零。這種控制是通過反饋來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,所以也叫做反饋控制系統(tǒng)。
閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)(反饋控制系統(tǒng))的各個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)如下所示:
系統(tǒng)中各部分的作用如下:
給定元件-把控制指令變成給定值。它與被調(diào)量存在著一定的函數(shù)關(guān)系。 改變給定值,即可改變被調(diào)量。
檢測(cè)元件-把被調(diào)量檢測(cè)出來,按一定的函數(shù)關(guān)系反饋到輸入端。
比較元件-把反饋信號(hào)Ur與給定信號(hào)Ug,比較以獲取誤差信號(hào)Ud.
放大元件-當(dāng)誤差信號(hào)太微弱時(shí),需要用放大元件把誤差信號(hào)放大到足以推動(dòng)執(zhí)行元件的程度。
執(zhí)行元件-直接推動(dòng)控制對(duì)象改變被調(diào)量。控制對(duì)象由 執(zhí)行元件推動(dòng)的各種裝置,如各種機(jī)械負(fù)載、發(fā)電機(jī)、加熱爐、閘門等,相應(yīng)的被調(diào)量就是轉(zhuǎn)速、電壓、溫度、位移等。
伺服電機(jī)和其他電機(jī)(如步進(jìn)電機(jī))相比到底有什么優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1、精度:實(shí)現(xiàn)了位置,速度和力矩的閉環(huán)控制;克服了步進(jìn)電機(jī)失步的問題;
2、轉(zhuǎn)速:高速性能好,一般額定轉(zhuǎn)速能達(dá)到2000~3000轉(zhuǎn);
3、適應(yīng)性:抗過載能力強(qiáng),能承受三倍于額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的負(fù)載,對(duì)有瞬間負(fù)載波動(dòng)和要求快速起動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合特別適用;
4、穩(wěn)定:低速運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),低速運(yùn)行時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生類似于步進(jìn)電機(jī)的步進(jìn)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)象。適用于有高速響應(yīng)要求的場(chǎng)合;
5、及時(shí)性:電機(jī)加減速的動(dòng)態(tài)相應(yīng)時(shí)間短,一般在幾十毫秒之內(nèi);
6、舒適性:發(fā)熱和噪音明顯降低。
簡(jiǎn)單點(diǎn)說就是:平常看到的那種普通的電機(jī),斷電后它還會(huì)因?yàn)樽陨淼膽T性再轉(zhuǎn)一會(huì)兒,然后停下。而伺服電機(jī)和步進(jìn)電機(jī)是說停就停,說走就走,反應(yīng)極快。但步進(jìn)電機(jī)存在失步現(xiàn)象。
伺服電機(jī)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域就太多了。只要是要有動(dòng)力源的,而且對(duì)精度有要求的一般都可能涉及到伺服電機(jī)。如機(jī)床、印刷設(shè)備、包裝設(shè)備、紡織設(shè)備、激光加工設(shè)備、機(jī)器人、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線等對(duì)工藝精度、加工效率和工作可靠性等要求相對(duì)較高的設(shè)備。
伺服電機(jī)內(nèi)部的轉(zhuǎn)子是永磁鐵,驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制的U/V/W三相電形成電磁場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)子在此磁場(chǎng)的作用下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),同時(shí)電機(jī)自帶的編碼器反饋信號(hào)給驅(qū)動(dòng)器,驅(qū)動(dòng)器根據(jù)反饋值與目標(biāo)值進(jìn)行比較,調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的角度。伺服電機(jī)的精度決定于編碼器的精度(線數(shù))
交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)主要可分為兩部分,即定子部分和轉(zhuǎn)子部分。其中定子的結(jié)構(gòu)與旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器的定子基本相同,在定子鐵心中也安放著空間互成90度電角度的兩相繞組。其中一組為激磁繞組,另一組為控制繞組,交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)一種兩相的交流電動(dòng)機(jī)。 交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)使用時(shí),激磁繞組兩端施加恒定的激磁電壓Uf,控制繞組兩端施加控制電壓Uk。當(dāng)定子繞組加上電壓后,伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)很快就會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)起來。 通入勵(lì)磁繞組及控制繞組的電流在電機(jī)內(nèi)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)向決定了電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向,當(dāng)任意一個(gè)繞組上所加的電壓反相時(shí),旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的方向就發(fā)生改變,電機(jī)的方向也發(fā)生改變。 為了在電機(jī)內(nèi)形成一個(gè)圓形旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),要求激磁電壓Uf和控制電壓UK之間應(yīng)有90度的相位差,常用的方法有:
1)利用三相電源的相電壓和線電壓構(gòu)成90度的移相
2)利用三相電源的任意線電壓
3)采用移相網(wǎng)絡(luò)
4)在激磁相中串聯(lián)電容器
異步型交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)指的是交流感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)。它有三相和單相之分,也有鼠籠式和線繞式,通常多用鼠籠式三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)。其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,與同容量的直流電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,質(zhì)量輕1/2,價(jià)格僅為直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的1/3。缺點(diǎn)是不能經(jīng)濟(jì)地實(shí)現(xiàn)范圍很廣的平滑調(diào)速,必須從電網(wǎng)吸收滯后的勵(lì)磁電流。因而令電網(wǎng)功率因數(shù)變壞。
同步型交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)雖較感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)復(fù)雜,但比直流電動(dòng)機(jī)簡(jiǎn)單。它的定子與感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)一樣,都在定子上裝有對(duì)稱三相繞組。而轉(zhuǎn)子卻不同,按不同的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)又分電磁式及非電磁式兩大類。非電磁式又分為磁滯式、永磁式和反應(yīng)式多種。其中磁滯式和反應(yīng)式同步電動(dòng)機(jī)存在效率低、功率因數(shù)較差、制造容量不大等缺點(diǎn)。數(shù)控機(jī)床中多用永磁式同步電動(dòng)機(jī)。與電磁式相比,永磁式優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行可靠、效率較高;缺點(diǎn)是體積大、啟動(dòng)特性欠佳。但永磁式同步電動(dòng)機(jī)采用高剩磁感應(yīng),高矯頑力的稀土類磁鐵后,可比直流電動(dòng)外形尺寸約小1/2,質(zhì)量減輕60﹪,轉(zhuǎn)子慣量減到直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的1/5。它與異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,由于采用了永磁鐵勵(lì)磁,消除了勵(lì)磁損耗及有關(guān)的雜散損耗,所以效率高。又因?yàn)闆]有電磁式同步電動(dòng)機(jī)所需的集電環(huán)和電刷等,其機(jī)械可靠性與感應(yīng)(異步)電動(dòng)機(jī)相同,而功率因數(shù)卻大大高于異步電動(dòng)機(jī),從而使永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的體積比異步電動(dòng)機(jī)小些。這是因?yàn)樵诘退贂r(shí),感應(yīng)(異步)電動(dòng)機(jī)由于功率因數(shù)低,輸出同樣的有功功率時(shí),它的視在功率卻要大得多,而電動(dòng)機(jī)主要尺寸是據(jù)視在功率而定的。
