行走機(jī)械是指能夠行走的工程機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械和專(zhuān)用車(chē)輛,如推土機(jī)、挖掘機(jī)、壓路機(jī)、攤鋪機(jī)、起重機(jī)、叉車(chē)、裝載機(jī)、拖拉機(jī)、聯(lián)合收割機(jī)等。特別是工程機(jī)械,可以稱(chēng)之為行走機(jī)械的代表。
行走機(jī)械一般由發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、底盤(pán)和工作裝置三部分組成。而發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和液壓系統(tǒng)是行走機(jī)械的關(guān)鍵部件,如液壓系統(tǒng)中的高壓柱塞泵/馬達(dá)、液壓閥、液力變速器和液壓電子控制器等。
對(duì)于行走機(jī)械關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究,主要集中在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃料燃燒與電控、液壓控制系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)操縱、可視化駕駛、精確定位與作業(yè)、故障診斷與監(jiān)測(cè)、節(jié)能與環(huán)保等方面。
LUDV系統(tǒng)是力士樂(lè)等公司在改進(jìn)負(fù)荷傳感技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ),上發(fā)展起來(lái)的,它是不受負(fù)載影響的流量分配系統(tǒng),它將常開(kāi)式壓力補(bǔ)償閥改為常閉式,泵所提供的流量與負(fù)載所需相匹配,避免了不必要的空流和節(jié)流損失。即使泵的流量小于系統(tǒng)復(fù)合動(dòng)作所需的流量,各動(dòng)作的相對(duì)速度也不會(huì)發(fā)生變化,從而保證動(dòng)作的協(xié)調(diào)性,避免動(dòng)作沖擊。
力士樂(lè)挖掘機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)可以看作由以下4部分組成:
1.多路閥液壓系統(tǒng)(主油路);
2.液壓泵控制液壓系統(tǒng)(包括與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)綜合控制);
3.各液壓作用元件液壓子系統(tǒng),包括動(dòng)臂、斗桿、鏟斗、回轉(zhuǎn)和行走液壓系統(tǒng),還包括附屬裝置液壓系統(tǒng);
4.多路閥操縱和控制液壓系統(tǒng)。
多路閥液壓系統(tǒng)是液壓挖掘機(jī)的主油路,它確定了液壓泵如何向.各液壓作用元件的供油方式,決定了液壓挖掘機(jī)的工作特性。力士樂(lè)采用的閉中位負(fù)載敏感壓力補(bǔ)償多路閥液壓系統(tǒng)。挖掘機(jī)力士樂(lè)主油路由工裝油路和回轉(zhuǎn)油路二個(gè)負(fù)載敏感壓力補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)組成。
工裝油路
工作裝置和行走油路(除回轉(zhuǎn)外)簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)工裝油路,用閥后補(bǔ)償分流比負(fù)載敏感壓力補(bǔ)償(LUDV)系統(tǒng),具有抗飽和功能。在每個(gè)操縱閥閥桿節(jié)流口后,設(shè)壓力補(bǔ)償閥,然后通過(guò)方向閥向各液壓作用元件供油。
LUDV每個(gè)閥塊主要由操縱閥和壓力補(bǔ)償閥組成,為了便于理解閥的原理,把操縱閥進(jìn)行分解后可知,它實(shí)際上由閥的節(jié)流部分和閥的換向部分兩部分組成。閥塊原理壓力油進(jìn)入操縱閥先通過(guò)閥節(jié)流部分,后經(jīng)壓力補(bǔ)償閥,后通過(guò)閥換向部分去液壓作用元件。閥后補(bǔ)償壓力補(bǔ)償閥布置在操縱閥可變節(jié)流口之后,由于液壓作用元件一般都是雙作用,有A、B兩條油路,為了避免兩條油路都設(shè)壓力補(bǔ)償閥,因此油路換向部分必須設(shè)在壓力補(bǔ)償閥之后。為了簡(jiǎn)化閥的結(jié)構(gòu),把節(jié)流部分和換向部分集成于一體(操縱閥中),工作裝置和行走操縱閥雖基本相同,但中位油路連通有所區(qū)別。工作裝置操縱閥中位A、B油口封閉,行走操縱閥.中位A、B油口與回油路通過(guò)節(jié)流相通。對(duì)壓力補(bǔ)償閥取力平衡得: Pml =PLmax = Pm2。即壓力補(bǔ)償閥進(jìn)口壓力都相等,故經(jīng)各操縱閥的壓差都相等(△P1 = OP2 = OP = PP- PLmax) ,則通過(guò)各操縱閥的流量Q=kAP,只與反映閥桿行程(開(kāi)口量)的k有關(guān),具有抗飽和的功能。負(fù)荷低的壓力補(bǔ)償閥產(chǎn)生壓力降:△PC =PLmax - PL2 (設(shè)PL1 = PLmax) ,此壓降正好補(bǔ)償負(fù)荷壓力差,因此壓力補(bǔ)償閥實(shí)際上起了負(fù)荷均衡器的作用。多路閥液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理圖1中,檢出負(fù)載壓力PLmax采用的是梭閥網(wǎng),而實(shí)際液壓系統(tǒng)中,工裝和行走油路不采用梭閥網(wǎng),而是采用三位三通的壓力補(bǔ)償閥來(lái)檢出負(fù)載壓力作為補(bǔ)償壓力。
回轉(zhuǎn)油路;力士樂(lè)把回轉(zhuǎn)獨(dú)立出來(lái),采用閥前補(bǔ)償(減壓閥型壓力補(bǔ)償閥)負(fù)載敏感壓力補(bǔ)償油路。它與工作裝置油路并聯(lián)。回轉(zhuǎn)負(fù)載油壓通過(guò)單向閥與油泵負(fù)載敏感腔相通。當(dāng)工作裝置油路中各液壓元件單獨(dú)動(dòng)作或同時(shí)動(dòng)作時(shí),就如同單泵閥后補(bǔ)償分流比負(fù)載敏感壓力補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)一樣,油泵單獨(dú)供該系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)回轉(zhuǎn)單獨(dú)動(dòng)作時(shí),為閥前補(bǔ)償負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)。回轉(zhuǎn)油路和工裝油路同時(shí)動(dòng)作情況:當(dāng)工裝油路高負(fù)載壓力高于回轉(zhuǎn)油路時(shí),工裝油壓由于受單向閥阻隔,傳不到回轉(zhuǎn)油路,由于兩油路是并聯(lián)系統(tǒng),油優(yōu)先流向負(fù)載壓力低的回轉(zhuǎn)油路;當(dāng)工裝油路高負(fù)載壓力低于回轉(zhuǎn)油路時(shí),回轉(zhuǎn)油壓PC通過(guò)單向閥傳至工裝油路負(fù)載壓力補(bǔ)償,工裝和回轉(zhuǎn)負(fù)載壓力均衡平衡相等,按各自操縱閥的開(kāi)度大小向各執(zhí)行器分配供油。
液壓泵控制系統(tǒng)
力士樂(lè)挖掘機(jī)液壓泵控制系統(tǒng)有不同的配置,具有不同的控制功能。
恒功率閥和杠桿式恒功率裝置
恒功率閥是二位三通閥。在彈簧力作用下,恒功率閥處于右位,下油缸壓力油通過(guò)恒功率閥回油,在上油缸腔內(nèi)油壓和彈簧作用下油泵向大流量方向擺動(dòng)。油泵壓力油通過(guò)上油缸腔作用在頂桿上,頂桿頂推杠桿使杠桿繞支點(diǎn)擺動(dòng),推動(dòng)A閥向右移動(dòng),使恒功率閥處于左位,油泵壓力油通過(guò)恒功率閥經(jīng)閥進(jìn)入下油缸,推動(dòng)其活塞桿,克服上油缸液壓力并壓縮彈簧使油泵向小流量方向擺動(dòng)。同時(shí)由于上油缸活塞桿右移,頂.桿頂推杠桿的力臂減小,使杠桿推A閥的力下降,直至與A閥彈簧力相等,油泵擺角處于新的平衡位置。
這種恒功率裝置通過(guò)杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),只要杠桿系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)得好,就能實(shí)現(xiàn)很理想的恒功率曲線。
油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥為二位三通閥,閥的左端受泵的出口油壓Pp作用,閥的右端受多路閥負(fù)載敏感腔的油壓PLmax和彈簀力FS2作用,此閥的作用是設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)償壓力。流量調(diào)節(jié)閥的作用是使系統(tǒng)壓差OP ( P -PLmax) 保持定值。OP由設(shè)計(jì)確定稱(chēng)為系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)償壓差,是系統(tǒng)各操縱閥的進(jìn)口壓加P與出口壓力Pm ( = PLmax) 之差,各操縱閥在保持補(bǔ)償壓差一定條件下,通過(guò)改變閥桿的開(kāi)口面積來(lái)控制去各液壓作用元件的流量。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)油泵流量調(diào)節(jié),按司機(jī)操縱閥桿的開(kāi)度大小,提供所需流量,而且只供給比負(fù)載稍高一點(diǎn)(△P)的油壓。避免了系統(tǒng)的流量損失和過(guò)大的壓力損失。當(dāng)彈簧力和閥的受壓面積在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)取定后,LRS 油泵控制系統(tǒng)是不變的,因此恒功率閥設(shè)定功率是不變的。油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥設(shè)定的補(bǔ)償壓力也是不變的,雖然可以停機(jī)通過(guò)調(diào)整彈簧來(lái)改變功率設(shè)定和補(bǔ)償壓力設(shè)定,但顯然是不方便和不理想的,但實(shí)際挖掘機(jī)工作中需要改變功率和改變補(bǔ)償壓力,這是LRS 系統(tǒng)的不足之處。

LE2S控制系統(tǒng)與LRS控制系統(tǒng)不同之處是采用了變功率比例電磁閥和變補(bǔ)償壓力比例電磁閥,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變功率控制和變補(bǔ)償壓力控制。為此,在LRS控制系統(tǒng)中恒功率閥和油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥中都加上了比例電磁鐵,成為變功率比例電磁閥和變補(bǔ)償壓力比例電磁閥。
變功率比例電磁閥
在恒功率閥上加上比例電磁鐵,其電磁力作用在閥桿上,其功能實(shí)際上是改變彈簧作用力。油泵功率與彈簧力FS成正比,通過(guò)改變比例電磁鐵的輸入電流I使電磁力變化,從而改變了油泵的功率控制曲線。
為了充分利用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率,電控設(shè)定的大功率線高于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)額定功率線PH;電控失效后,功率線低于PH,電控小功率線更低。比例電磁鐵控制的恒功率曲線是一個(gè)區(qū)間。變功率控制在挖掘機(jī)有二大功用:
1.實(shí)現(xiàn)全功率控制:無(wú)變功率控制時(shí),考慮到大氣狀態(tài)(氣壓,氣溫和濕度)變化、采用較差燃油和使用過(guò)程中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能惡化等原因都會(huì)使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率有所下降,為了防止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載和熄火,一般油泵功率設(shè)定都低于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)額定功率。采用變功率閥,大功率設(shè)定高于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)額定功率,可采用轉(zhuǎn)速感應(yīng)控制使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)始終保持在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)額定轉(zhuǎn)速點(diǎn)工作,充分利用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率。
2.實(shí)現(xiàn)工況控制:挖掘機(jī)要求在不同工況下作業(yè),例如重掘削工況、經(jīng)濟(jì)作業(yè)工況和精細(xì)作業(yè)工況等,要求油泵功率有不同的設(shè)定,變功率控制能實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)要求。
油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)變補(bǔ)償壓力閥在油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥上加,上比例電磁鐵,通過(guò)改變電流可改變其電磁力,此電磁力作用在流量調(diào)節(jié)閥上,實(shí)際上是改變了彈簧力,上面己說(shuō)明油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥的補(bǔ)償壓力取決于彈簧力,改變彈簧力也就改變了補(bǔ)償壓力。補(bǔ)償壓力與電流I成直線關(guān)系。在不同的補(bǔ)償壓力下,供給液壓作用元件的流量與閥桿行程的關(guān)系。降低△PLS,供油量減少;閥稈行程增大,流量增加比較平緩。改變控制電流能使補(bǔ)償壓力變化,補(bǔ)償壓力變化能改變?nèi)ヒ簤鹤饔迷牧髁?起調(diào)速作用,變△PLS控制能更好地適應(yīng)不同作業(yè)工況的流量需要,特別是改善了精細(xì)作業(yè)微動(dòng)性能;另外隨著發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速改變,泵的流量隨著變化,補(bǔ)償壓力也應(yīng)隨之改變。應(yīng)當(dāng)說(shuō)明,補(bǔ)償壓力閥輸出的控制油直接操縱液壓泵變量油缸,而功率閥輸出的控制油經(jīng)補(bǔ)償壓力閥操縱液壓泵變量油缸,因此兩閥的控制關(guān)系為補(bǔ)償壓力閥優(yōu)先。各液壓作用元件液壓回路動(dòng)臂、斗桿和鏟斗液壓回路其特征為:1.在油缸的兩條油路中都設(shè)有限壓閥防止過(guò)載;2.動(dòng)臂和斗桿的液壓回路中若需要可采用再生閥桿,實(shí)現(xiàn)再生功能。
行走液壓回路由以下閥組成:限壓閥二個(gè) 分別限制行走馬達(dá)兩油路壓力,又起補(bǔ)油作用;平衡閥防止下坡時(shí)超速;制動(dòng)操縱閥由左右油路通過(guò)梭形閥引入壓力油,在壓力油作用下此閥打開(kāi),壓力油通向制動(dòng)器;減壓閥在 壓力油通向制動(dòng)器的途中設(shè)減壓閥,使通向制動(dòng)器的油壓降低,制動(dòng)器承受較低壓力,

雙回路液壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)原理,該系統(tǒng)中的雙路蓄能器充液閥控制蓄能器的充油量和壓力。蓄能器的充油量和高制動(dòng)壓力則根據(jù)制動(dòng)器的用油量、制動(dòng)力和緊急制動(dòng)的次數(shù)來(lái)決定。充液閥的流量和壓力預(yù)設(shè)一上限值,當(dāng)蓄能器的壓力達(dá)到該值時(shí),充液閥使系統(tǒng)中的一少部分油回流,給蓄能器充壓,蓄能器的壓力達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí),液壓泵卸荷。系統(tǒng)中的充液閥同時(shí)給兩個(gè)蓄能器供油,當(dāng)油泵出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),兩個(gè)蓄能器分別給兩個(gè)回路的制動(dòng)器供油,既同時(shí)工作又互不影響。另外,系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置的低壓開(kāi)關(guān)可以隨時(shí)提醒駕駛員,當(dāng)蓄能器的壓力連續(xù)下降,并低于報(bào)警開(kāi)關(guān)的預(yù)定值時(shí),應(yīng)檢查液壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng),注意安全。
液壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
首先,根據(jù)車(chē)重、速度、路況等條件,估算工程機(jī)械行走制動(dòng)所需的制動(dòng)力矩;其次,初步選擇系統(tǒng)壓力,并據(jù)此確定制動(dòng)盤(pán)的直徑、制動(dòng)鉗的尺寸等參數(shù)。制動(dòng)盤(pán)的直徑在能夠安裝的大空間前提下確定,整車(chē)的制動(dòng)力矩是每個(gè)制動(dòng)器產(chǎn)生的制動(dòng)力矩之和,而每個(gè)制動(dòng)器上產(chǎn)生的力矩都取決于系統(tǒng)壓力、制動(dòng)缸活塞的尺寸和數(shù)量、制動(dòng)鉗的尺寸、制動(dòng)鉗與制動(dòng)盤(pán)之間的摩擦系數(shù)等。
根據(jù)制動(dòng)缸的行程和截面積,計(jì)算出單側(cè)制動(dòng)缸所需的油液體積。考慮到在實(shí)際使用中,制動(dòng)器逐漸磨損,為確保安全,應(yīng)以磨損后的舊制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行計(jì)算;然后,求得前、后橋制動(dòng)1次所需的油液總體積:后,按照設(shè)計(jì)要求,當(dāng)制動(dòng)泵不工作時(shí),蓄能器至少應(yīng)該能夠完成緊急制動(dòng)次數(shù)不少于4~5次,將剛得到的油液總.體積擴(kuò)大5倍,液壓泵排量的確定液壓泵的排量根據(jù)蓄能器的充液時(shí)間來(lái)確定。為了安全,蓄能器的充液時(shí)間長(zhǎng)不能超過(guò)20s。已知蓄能器無(wú)油狀態(tài)時(shí)的容積為V,充滿油液時(shí)的容積為V3,且蓄能器的工作過(guò)程為絕熱過(guò)程,滿足P,Vi=P3 V3, 則一個(gè)蓄能器的體積變化量0V= V1- V3。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)中蓄能器數(shù)量,可求得需要油液的總體積,再根據(jù)充液時(shí)間,計(jì)算出系統(tǒng)流量。又因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速是變化的,所以在計(jì)算泵的排量時(shí),應(yīng)該按照發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在怠速時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)考慮,再考慮到泵的容積效率為85%,計(jì)算泵的排量q,據(jù)此選擇合適的制動(dòng)泵。
目前液壓行走系統(tǒng)僅用于低速行駛的工程機(jī)械,其作業(yè)裝備也以液壓傳動(dòng)為主,主要是利用了液壓元件布置的獨(dú)立性。但其不適合應(yīng)用于批量生產(chǎn)的小
轎車(chē)以及高速車(chē)輛,原因是效率低,油耗高,而且液壓元件的生產(chǎn)批量也無(wú)法與小轎車(chē)相比。
