齒輪泵的分類
屬于結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,納污能力強(qiáng),工作壓力相對較低,成本較低的一種, 廣泛用于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械:拖拉機(jī)、收割機(jī)等。工程機(jī)械:叉車、自卸車等。
齒輪泵按照齒輪的嚙合形式可分為外嚙合式和內(nèi)嚙合式兩種,按照齒形曲線有漸開線形、圓弧齒形和擺線齒形。
2)外嚙合齒輪泵
( 1 )外嚙合齒輪泵的結(jié)構(gòu)。主要由主動齒輪、從動齒輪、殼體、前后泵體、密封圈和軸承等組成。

( 2 )外嚙合齒輪泵的工作原理
密封容腔由殼體、端蓋和兩對齒輪的嚙合部位組成。配流裝置由齒輪嚙合線將吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)隔開,起配流作用。
(3)外嚙合齒輪泵的幾個問題
①泄漏問題
端面泄露:齒輪端面和軸承套端面之間間隙占80% ,
徑向泄露:齒頂與殼體之間間隙15%
嚙合線泄露:兩個齒輪互相嚙合部位之間間隙。5%減小端面泄漏的方法:采用端面間隙自動補(bǔ)償。
②徑向不平衡力。
泵內(nèi)壓力腔的油液經(jīng)過徑向間隙逐漸滲漏到吸油腔,其壓力逐漸減小,液壓力作用在齒輪上的合力大致為圖中力F的方向,此力由軸承來承受,因而影響了軸承的壽命,往往成為提高泵工作壓力的限制因素。
消除方法:
1縮小壓油C即壓力的作用面積減小徑向不平衡力
2.增泵體內(nèi)表面與齒輪頂圓的間隙,使在徑向不平衡力作用時齒頂和泵體不接觸。
3.開壓力平衡槽,但泄漏大,很少用
③流量脈動。隨著嚙合點位置的不斷變化,吸、壓油腔在每-瞬間的容積變化率是不均勻的,因此齒輪泵的瞬時流量是脈動的。
④困油現(xiàn)象及消除措施。由 ( a )旋轉(zhuǎn)到 b )所示位置時,閉死容積由大變到小;由( b )旋轉(zhuǎn)到( C )所示位置時,閉死容積從小變到大。這種現(xiàn)象稱之為困油現(xiàn)象。
危害:減小時使被困油擠出產(chǎn)生高壓,增大時會造成真空產(chǎn)生穴現(xiàn)象。
消除措施:在軸承套上開卸荷槽 , 當(dāng)閉死容積由大變小時,借助卸荷槽與壓油腔相通。當(dāng)閉死容積由小變大時,借助卸荷槽與吸油腔相通。
齒輪泵優(yōu)缺點:
結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、尺寸小、重量輕、價格低、工作可靠、自吸能力強(qiáng)、對油液污染不敏感。
泄漏量大、工作壓力低。流量脈動大。
提高工作壓力的措施:
減小端面泄漏。齒輪端面間隙自動補(bǔ)償。

液壓傳動技術(shù)在機(jī)械中的應(yīng)用.
驅(qū)動機(jī)械運動的機(jī)構(gòu)以及各種傳動和操縱裝置有多中形式。根據(jù)所用的不見和零件,可分為機(jī)械的、電氣的、氣動的、液壓的傳動裝置。經(jīng)常還將不同的形式組合起來運用一四位一體。由于液壓傳動具有很多優(yōu)點,使這種新技術(shù)發(fā)展的很快。液壓傳動應(yīng)用與金屬切割機(jī)床也不過四五十年的歷史。航空工業(yè)在1930年以后才開始采用。特別是近二三十年一來液壓技術(shù)在各種工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。
1、在機(jī)床上,液壓傳動常應(yīng)用在以下的- -些裝置中
1.1進(jìn)給 傳動裝置磨床砂輪架和工作臺的進(jìn)給運動大部分采用液壓傳動;車床、六角車床、自動車床的刀架或轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架,銑床、刨床、組合機(jī)床的工作臺等的進(jìn)給運動也都采用液壓傳動。這些部件有的要求快速移動,有的要求慢速移動。有的既要求快速移動,也要求慢速移動。這些運動多半要求有較大的調(diào)速范圍,要求在工作中無級調(diào)速;有的要求持續(xù)進(jìn)給,有的要求間歇進(jìn)給;有的要求在負(fù)載變化下速度恒定,有的要求有良好的換向性能等等。所有這些要求都是可以用液壓傳動來實現(xiàn)的。
1.2往復(fù)主題運動傳動裝置龍i刨床的工作臺、牛頭刨床或插床的滑枕,由于要求作高速往復(fù)直線運動并且要求換向沖擊小、換向時間短、能耗低,因此都可以采用液壓傳動。
1.3仿形裝置車床、銑床、刨床上的仿形加工可以采用液壓伺服系統(tǒng)來完成。起精度可達(dá)0.01-0. 02m。此外,磨床上的成型砂輪修正裝置亦可采用這系統(tǒng)。

1.5靜壓支承重型機(jī)床、高速機(jī)床、高精度機(jī)床上的軸承、導(dǎo)軌、絲桿螺母機(jī)構(gòu)等處采用液壓靜支承后,可以提高工作平穩(wěn)性和運動精度。
2、液壓傳動技術(shù)在工程機(jī)械行走驅(qū)動中的應(yīng)用
行走驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)是工程機(jī)械的重要組成部分。與工作系統(tǒng)相比,行走驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)不僅需要傳輸更大的功率,要求器件具有更高的效率和更長的壽命,還希望在變速調(diào)速、差速、改變輸出軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向及反向傳輸動力等方面具有良好的能力。于是,采用何種傳動方式,如何更好地滿足各種工程機(jī)械行走驅(qū)動的需要,-直是工程機(jī)械行業(yè)所要面對的課題。尤其是近年來,隨著我國交通、能源等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展,建筑施工和資源開發(fā)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,工程機(jī)械在市場需求大大增強(qiáng)的同時,更面臨著作業(yè)環(huán)境更為苛刻、工沉條件更為復(fù)雜等所帶來的挑戰(zhàn),也進(jìn)一步推動著對其行走驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的深入研究。
液壓傳動是一種可達(dá)到傳遞動力、增加動力、改變速比等目的的傳動方式。液壓傳動是以液體為工作介質(zhì),靠處于密閉容器內(nèi)的液體靜壓力來傳遞力的傳動方式,靜壓力的大小取決于負(fù)載,而負(fù)載速度的傳遞是按液體容積變化相等的原則進(jìn)行的,其速度大小取決于流量;如果忽略損失,液壓傳動所傳遞的力與速度無關(guān)。
液壓傳動相比其他傳統(tǒng)傳動方式優(yōu)勢較為明顯:1)功率重量比大,能以較輕的設(shè)備重量取得更大的力和轉(zhuǎn)矩;2)慣性小,啟動、制動迅速;3)無級調(diào)速,調(diào)速范圍大,低速性能好;4)高響應(yīng)速度;5)高負(fù)載剛度;6)可控性好,易于實現(xiàn)自動化,液壓元件位臵可以根據(jù)設(shè)備需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
