雙作用吐泵
基本介紹:轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)-圈,每個(gè)密封容積變化兩個(gè)循環(huán),所以密封容積每圈內(nèi)完成吸油、壓油各兩次,故稱為雙作用泵。相比于單作用泵,是變量泵,雙作用泵是定量泵。又因泵的兩個(gè)吸油窗口與兩個(gè)壓油窗口是徑向?qū)ΨQ的,作用于轉(zhuǎn)子上的液壓力是平衡的,以又稱為平衡式葉片泵
優(yōu)點(diǎn):
①雙作用使排量增加一倍,流量也相應(yīng)增加。
②吸壓、油口對(duì)稱于旋轉(zhuǎn)中心配置,旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上受到的液壓力是平衡的,
③軸和軸承上無(wú)徑向載荷,有利于提高泵的工作壓力。
結(jié)構(gòu)
雙作用式葉片泵是由定子、轉(zhuǎn)子、葉片、配流盤和泵體組成,轉(zhuǎn)子與定子同心安裝,定子的內(nèi)曲線是由兩段長(zhǎng)半徑圓弧、兩段短半徑圓弧和四段過(guò)度曲線所組成,共有八段曲線。
工作原理
轉(zhuǎn)子做順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn),葉片在離心力作用下徑向伸出,其頂部在定子內(nèi)曲線上滑動(dòng)。此時(shí),由兩葉片、轉(zhuǎn)子外圓、定子內(nèi)曲線及兩側(cè)配有盤所組成的密閉的工作腔的容積在不斷地變化,在經(jīng)過(guò)右下角以及左上角的配油窗口處時(shí),葉片伸出,工作腔容積增加,形成真空,油液通過(guò)吸油窗吸入;在經(jīng)過(guò)右_上角及左下角的配油窗口處時(shí),葉片回縮,工作腔容積變小,壓強(qiáng)增大,液壓缸油液通過(guò)液壓窗口輸出。
雙作用葉片泵的困油現(xiàn)象
當(dāng)相鄰兩葉片同時(shí)位于吸排口之間時(shí),正好將吸排口隔開(kāi),這時(shí)就形成封油區(qū),就可能出現(xiàn)困油問(wèn)題。(旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)兩葉片間容量不變,雖不會(huì)發(fā)生困油,但從吸過(guò)渡到排,會(huì)產(chǎn)生壓力沖擊;葉片包角太小,產(chǎn)生困油,包角太大,吸排窗口溝通,工作失常。)解決方法配流盤的壓油窗口的一端開(kāi)三角卸荷槽(減少過(guò)渡的壓力沖擊、脈動(dòng)、噪聲;消除困油)。
性能特點(diǎn)
葉片泵壓力脈動(dòng)小,因磨損而產(chǎn)生的工作壓力下降車小運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪音較小,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩小。但吸人條件較差,運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的工作可靠性較低。
1.流量較均勻,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),噪聲較低。
2.雙作用葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子所受徑向力是平衡的,軸承壽命長(zhǎng);它的內(nèi)部密封性也較好,容積效率較高;因此,一般額定排出壓力較高,可達(dá)7MPa左右。
3.結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,尺寸較小而流量較大。
4.對(duì)工作條件要求較嚴(yán)。葉片抗沖擊較差,較容易卡住,對(duì)油液的清潔程度和粘度都比較敏感。端面間隙或葉槽間隙不合適都會(huì)影響正常工作。轉(zhuǎn)速一-般在500~2000r /道范圍內(nèi),太低則葉片可能因離心力不夠而不能壓緊在定了表面,而太高則吸人時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生“氣穴現(xiàn)象”;
5.結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,零件制造精度要求較高。

組合機(jī)床動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)液壓系統(tǒng)
動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)是組合機(jī)床的一種通用部件,在滑臺(tái)上可以配置各種工藝用途的切削頭。機(jī)床液壓動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多種不同的工作循環(huán),其中一種比較典型的工作循環(huán)是:快進(jìn)→ 一工進(jìn)→二工進(jìn)→死擋鐵停留→快退→停止。 使液壓缸差動(dòng)聯(lián)接以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速運(yùn)動(dòng); 系統(tǒng)中采用限壓式變量葉片泵供油; 用行程閥、液控順序閥實(shí)現(xiàn)快進(jìn)與工進(jìn)的轉(zhuǎn)換; 電液換向閥 使液壓缸差動(dòng)聯(lián)接和變量泵以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速運(yùn)動(dòng);
(1)快進(jìn) 按下啟動(dòng)按鈕,三位五通電液動(dòng)換向閥5的先導(dǎo)電磁換向閥1YA得電,使之閥芯右移,左位進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。 用二位二通電磁換向閥實(shí)現(xiàn)一工進(jìn)和二工進(jìn)之間的速度換接。
(2)一次工作在快進(jìn)行程結(jié)束,滑臺(tái)上的擋鐵壓下行程閥。 用行程閥、液控順序閥實(shí)現(xiàn)快進(jìn)與工進(jìn)的轉(zhuǎn)換; 用二位二通電磁換向閥實(shí)現(xiàn)一工進(jìn)和二工進(jìn)之間的速度換接。
(3)第二次工作進(jìn)給 為保證進(jìn)給的尺寸精度,采用了死擋鐵停留來(lái)限位。
(4)死擋鐵停留 當(dāng)動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)第二次工作進(jìn)給終了碰上死擋鐵后,液壓缸停止不動(dòng),系統(tǒng)的壓力進(jìn)一步升高,達(dá)到壓力繼電器15的調(diào)定值時(shí),經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)間繼電器的延時(shí),再發(fā)出電信號(hào),使滑臺(tái)退回。在時(shí)間繼電器延時(shí)動(dòng)作前,滑臺(tái)停留在死擋塊限定的位置上。
(5)快退 時(shí)間繼電器發(fā)出電信號(hào)后,電液換向閥右位工作。 這時(shí)系統(tǒng)的壓力較低,變量泵2輸出流量大,動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)快速退回。由于活塞桿的面積大約為活塞的一半,所以動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)快進(jìn)、快退的速度大致相等。
(6)原位停止 當(dāng)動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)退回到原始位置時(shí),擋塊壓下行程開(kāi)關(guān),電液換向閥處于中位,動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)停止運(yùn)動(dòng),變量泵卸荷。

鍛壓機(jī)械是指在鍛壓加工中用于成形和分離的機(jī)械設(shè)備。鍛壓機(jī)械包括成形用的鍛錘、機(jī)械壓力機(jī)、液壓機(jī)、螺旋壓力機(jī)和平鍛機(jī),以及開(kāi)卷機(jī)、矯正機(jī)、剪切機(jī)、鍛造操作機(jī)等輔助機(jī)械。鍛壓機(jī)械主要用于金屬成形,所以又稱為金屬成形機(jī)床。鍛壓機(jī)械是通過(guò)對(duì)金屬施加壓力使之成形的,力大是其基本特點(diǎn),故多為重型設(shè)備,設(shè)備上多設(shè)有安全防護(hù)裝置,以保障設(shè)備和人身安全。
鍛壓機(jī)械主要包括各種鍛錘、各種壓力機(jī)和其他輔助機(jī)械。
鍛錘,由重錘落下或強(qiáng)迫高速運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)能對(duì)坯料做功,使之塑性變形的機(jī)械。鍛錘是常見(jiàn)、歷史悠久的鍛壓機(jī)械。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,工作靈活,功能性強(qiáng)、使用面廣、易于維修,適用于自由鍛和模鍛。但震動(dòng)較大,較難實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。
鍛錘的工作原理
鍛錘靠高壓氣體突然釋放的能量驅(qū)動(dòng)上,下錘頭高速運(yùn)動(dòng),懸空對(duì)擊,是金屬塑性成形的鍛造方法。高速錘鍛造是一種高能率成形方法,主要用于精密模鍛和熱擠壓。
瞬間釋放的高壓氣體(壓力一般為15000兆帕,迫使錘頭向下作9~24米/秒的高速運(yùn)動(dòng),同時(shí)也向上推動(dòng)高壓氣缸的缸蓋,并帶動(dòng)整個(gè)機(jī)架向上運(yùn)動(dòng)。錘頭上的上模與機(jī)架上的下模在空中對(duì)擊工件,使之塑性變形。機(jī)架的質(zhì)量遠(yuǎn)大于錘體,所以移動(dòng)速度慢,行程小,便于操作。錘擊后,安裝在機(jī)架內(nèi)的回程桿將錘頭推回原處。機(jī)架放置于外支架的緩沖墊上。這類設(shè)備初只能一次單擊,后來(lái)研制出可以連擊的﹑內(nèi)燃式的高速錘。高速錘鍛造,存在明顯的變形慣性力和變形熱效應(yīng),控制得當(dāng)可以提高金屬的塑性,改善金屬在模具中的流動(dòng)充填性能,利用模鍛可成形薄壁﹑高肋的復(fù)雜形狀鍛件。高速錘鍛造多用于葉片﹑齒輪等零件的精鍛和擠壓。

油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)變補(bǔ)償壓力閥在油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥上加,上比例電磁鐵,通過(guò)改變電流可改變其電磁力,此電磁力作用在流量調(diào)節(jié)閥上,實(shí)際上是改變了彈簧力,上面己說(shuō)明油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥的補(bǔ)償壓力取決于彈簧力,改變彈簧力也就改變了補(bǔ)償壓力。補(bǔ)償壓力與電流I成直線關(guān)系。在不同的補(bǔ)償壓力下,供給液壓作用元件的流量與閥桿行程的關(guān)系。降低△PLS,供油量減少;閥稈行程增大,流量增加比較平緩。改變控制電流能使補(bǔ)償壓力變化,補(bǔ)償壓力變化能改變?nèi)ヒ簤鹤饔迷牧髁?起調(diào)速作用,變△PLS控制能更好地適應(yīng)不同作業(yè)工況的流量需要,特別是改善了精細(xì)作業(yè)微動(dòng)性能;另外隨著發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速改變,泵的流量隨著變化,補(bǔ)償壓力也應(yīng)隨之改變。應(yīng)當(dāng)說(shuō)明,補(bǔ)償壓力閥輸出的控制油直接操縱液壓泵變量油缸,而功率閥輸出的控制油經(jīng)補(bǔ)償壓力閥操縱液壓泵變量油缸,因此兩閥的控制關(guān)系為補(bǔ)償壓力閥優(yōu)先。各液壓作用元件液壓回路動(dòng)臂、斗桿和鏟斗液壓回路其特征為:1.在油缸的兩條油路中都設(shè)有限壓閥防止過(guò)載;2.動(dòng)臂和斗桿的液壓回路中若需要可采用再生閥桿,實(shí)現(xiàn)再生功能。
行走液壓回路由以下閥組成:限壓閥二個(gè) 分別限制行走馬達(dá)兩油路壓力,又起補(bǔ)油作用;平衡閥防止下坡時(shí)超速;制動(dòng)操縱閥由左右油路通過(guò)梭形閥引入壓力油,在壓力油作用下此閥打開(kāi),壓力油通向制動(dòng)器;減壓閥在 壓力油通向制動(dòng)器的途中設(shè)減壓閥,使通向制動(dòng)器的油壓降低,制動(dòng)器承受較低壓力,
