          液壓傳動系統的優點和存在的問題
          1.優點:
          (1)液壓傳動功率密度高,調速性能好,可實現無級調速;
          (2)在發動機轉速范圍內,較低轉速時能保持較大的牽引力,起動力矩大;
          (3)總體匹配容易,只需改變泵或馬達排量就可以得到滿意的匹配效果;
          (4)液壓傳動元件位置獨立,布置方便靈活;
          (5)行走微動性能好,本身具有制動效果;
          (6)控制性能好,可實現恒轉矩或恒功率調速;
          (7)吸振性好,同時具有過載保護裝置;
          (8)便于實現自動及遠距離操縱,操作簡單方便。
          2.存在問題:
          制造加工要求高;未實現國產化,生產批量較小;成本高。

          各種行走傳動系統比較
          工程機械行走系統初主要采用機械傳動和液力傳動(全液壓挖掘機除外)。現在,液壓和電傳動也出現在工程機械行走驅動裝置中,對這一-領域起到了巨大的推動作用。

          機械傳動
          結構簡單、工作可靠、成本低、穩態傳動效率高并可利用柴油機運動零件的慣性進行作業。但一般只能進行有級變速,并且布局方式受到限制,司機勞
          動強度高。因此,機械傳動適用于行駛阻力比較穩定的連續作業機械。

          2.液力傳動
          具有分段無級調速能力;輸出軸和輸入軸之間沒有剛性的機械聯系,減小了傳動系及發動機零件的沖擊、振動;變矩器的功率密度大而負荷應力較低;成本不高。這些特點使它廣泛應用于大中型鏟士、起重、運輸等工程機械中。但與液壓傳動相比,液力傳動存在很多缺點:
          (1)加速性能較差,不能利用發動機制動;
          (2)液力傳動缺乏固定速比,不能準確調速;
          (3)起動力矩小,低速傳動效率低;
          (4)液壓傳動的高效區比液力傳動高效區范圍廣;
          (5)變矩器不能反轉,倒檔需采用機械傳動,會引起換擋時的動力中斷;
          (6)布局受限。

          電傳動
          動力裝置和車輪之間無剛性聯系,便于總體布置及維修;電動輪通用性強,可簡單地實現任意多驅動輪驅動的方式來滿足不同機械對牽引性能和通過性能的要求;容易實現自動操縱;以電子調節系統調節電動機軸上的轉速和轉向,調速范圍寬廣。但它的功率密度低、成本高(據統計電傳動系統的成本要比液力機械傳動的成本高20%左右)。目前僅用于大功率的自卸式載重汽車及輪式裝載機上。

          液壓傳動
          與機械傳動相比,液壓傳動更容易實現運動參數(流量)和動力參數(壓力)的控制,而液壓傳動較之液力傳動具有良好的低速負荷特性。由于具有傳遞效率高,輸出轉速無級調速,可正、反向運轉,速度剛性大,動作實現容易等突出優點,液壓傳動在工程機械中應用廣泛。特別是發動機轉速控制的恒轉矩、恒功率組合調節的變量系統的開發,為液壓傳動應用于工程機械行走系統提供了廣闊的發展前景。

          電磁閥選型首先應該依次遵循安全性,可靠性,適用性,經濟性四大原則,其次是根據六個方面的現場工況(即管道參數、流體參數、壓力參數、電氣參數、動作方式、特殊要求進行選擇)。
          選型依據:
          1、根據管道參數選擇電磁閥的:通徑規格(即DN)、接口方式
          1)按照現場管道內徑尺寸或流量要求來確定通徑(DN)尺寸;
          2)接口方式,一般>DN50要選擇法蘭接口,≤DN50則可根據用戶需要自由選擇。
          2、根據流體參數選擇電磁閥的:材質、溫度組
          1)腐蝕性流體:宜選用耐腐蝕電磁閥和全不銹鋼;食用超凈流體:宜選用食品級不銹鋼材質電磁閥;
          2)高溫流體:要選擇采用耐高溫的電工材料和密封材料制造的電磁閥,而且要選擇活塞式結構類型的;
          3)流體狀態:大至有氣態,液態或混合狀態,特別是口徑大于DN25時一定要區分開來;
          4)流體粘度:通常在50cSt以下可任意選擇,若超過此值,則要選用高粘度電磁閥。
          3、根據壓力參數選擇電磁閥的:原理和結構品種
          1)公稱壓力:這個參數與其它通用閥門的含義是一樣的,是根據管道公稱壓力來定;
          2)工作壓力:如果工作壓力低則必須選用直動或分步直動式原理;低工作壓差在0.04Mpa以上時直動式、分步直動式、先導式均可選用。
          4、電氣選擇:電壓規格應盡量優先選用AC220V、DC24較為方便。
          5、根據持續工作時間長短來選擇:常閉、常開、或可持續通電
          1)當電磁閥需要長時間開啟,并且持續的時間多于關閉的時間應選 用常開型;
          2)要是開啟的時間短或開和關的時間不多時,則選常閉型;
          3)但是有些用于安全保護的工況,如爐、窯火焰監測,則不能選常開的,應選可長期通電型。
          6、根據環境要求選擇輔助功能:防爆、止回、手動、防水霧、水淋、潛水。
