電磁閥是用電磁控制的工業(yè)設(shè)備,是用來(lái)控制流體的自動(dòng)化基礎(chǔ)元件,屬于執(zhí)行器,并不限于液壓、氣動(dòng)。用在工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中調(diào)整介質(zhì)的方向、流量、速度和其他的參數(shù)。電磁閥可以配合不同的電路來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的控制,而控制的精度和靈活性都能夠保證。電磁閥有很多種,不同的電磁閥在控制系統(tǒng)的不同位置發(fā)揮作用,常用的是單向閥、安全閥、方向控制閥、速度調(diào)節(jié)閥等。
電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個(gè)孔連接不同的油管,腔中間是活塞,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會(huì)被吸引到哪邊,通過(guò)控制閥體的移動(dòng)來(lái)開啟或關(guān)閉不同的排油孔,而進(jìn)油孔是常開的,液壓油就會(huì)進(jìn)入不同的排油管,然后通過(guò)油的壓力來(lái)推動(dòng)油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動(dòng)活塞桿,活塞桿帶動(dòng)機(jī)械裝置。這樣通過(guò)控制電磁鐵的電流通斷就控制了機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)。

壓實(shí)機(jī)械按工作原理分為:靜力碾壓式,有取代靜力碾壓式壓實(shí)機(jī)的趨勢(shì)。沖擊式,振動(dòng)式和復(fù)合作用式等。力碾壓式壓實(shí)機(jī)械利用碾輪的重力作用,振動(dòng)作用的振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī),使被壓層產(chǎn)生變形而密實(shí)。碾壓和沖擊作用的沖擊式壓路碾等。其碾輪分為:光碾、槽碾、羊足碾和輪胎碾等。槽碾、羊足碾單位壓力較大,壓實(shí)層厚,適用于路基、堤壩的壓實(shí)。輪胎式壓路機(jī)輪胎氣壓可調(diào)節(jié),可增減壓重,單位壓力可變,壓實(shí)過(guò)程有揉搓作用,使壓實(shí)層均勻密實(shí),適用于道路、廣場(chǎng)等墊層的壓實(shí)。且不傷路面,適用于道路、廣場(chǎng)等墊層的壓實(shí)。
樁工機(jī)械是指在各種樁基礎(chǔ)施工中,用來(lái)鉆孔、打樁、沉樁的機(jī)械。
樁工機(jī)械一般由樁錘與樁架兩部分組成。除樁架外,也可以在挖掘機(jī)或者起重機(jī)上設(shè)置樁架,完成打樁任務(wù)。樁工機(jī)械的主要特點(diǎn)是,性強(qiáng),生產(chǎn)批量小。

叉車的技術(shù)參數(shù)是用來(lái)表明叉車的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和工作性能的。主要技術(shù)參數(shù)有:額定起重量、載荷中心距、*大起升高度、門架傾角、*大行駛速度、*小轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑、*小離地間隙以及軸距、輪距等。
工業(yè)搬運(yùn)車輛廣泛應(yīng)用于港口、車站、機(jī)場(chǎng)、貨場(chǎng)、工廠車間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、流通中心和配送中心等,在船艙、車廂和集裝箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行托盤貨物的裝卸、搬運(yùn)作業(yè),是托盤運(yùn)輸、集裝箱運(yùn)輸中必不可少的設(shè)備。
叉車通常可以分為三大類:內(nèi)燃叉車、電動(dòng)叉車和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)叉車。
內(nèi)燃叉車又分為普通內(nèi)燃叉車、重型叉車、集裝箱叉車和側(cè)面叉車。
① 普通內(nèi)燃叉車
一般采用柴油、汽油、液化石油氣或天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力,載荷能力 1.2~8.0噸,作業(yè)通道寬度一般為3.5~5.0米,考慮到尾氣排放和噪音問(wèn)題,通常用在室外、車間或其他對(duì)尾氣排放和噪音沒有特殊要求的場(chǎng)所。由于燃料補(bǔ)充方便,因此可實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的連續(xù)作業(yè),而且能勝任在惡劣的環(huán)境下(如雨天)工作。
② 重型叉車
采用柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力,承載能力 10.0~52.0噸,一般用于貨物較重的碼頭、鋼鐵等行業(yè)的戶外作業(yè)。
③ 集裝箱叉車
采用柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力,承載能力 8.0~45.0噸,一般分為空箱堆高機(jī)、重箱堆高機(jī)和集裝箱正面吊。應(yīng)用于集裝箱搬運(yùn),如集裝箱堆場(chǎng)或港口碼頭作業(yè)。
④ 側(cè)面叉車
采用柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力,承載能力 3.0~6.0噸。在不轉(zhuǎn)彎的情況下,具有直接從側(cè)面叉取貨物的能力,因此主要用來(lái)叉取長(zhǎng)條型的貨物,如木條、鋼筋等。

液壓機(jī)是對(duì)金屬材料塑料、橡膠和粉末冶金制品進(jìn)行壓力加工的設(shè)備,在工業(yè)部門得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,如金屬材料的拉伸、沖裁彎曲翻邊冷擠壓以及成型加工等,還用于校正、壓裝、粉末冶金制品和磨料制品的壓制成型及塑料制品、絕緣材料的壓制成型等。為完成上述工作,液壓機(jī)應(yīng)能產(chǎn)生較大的壓力,因此,液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力、尺寸和流量也大,對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)要求也高,是較典型的高壓大流量系統(tǒng)。①液壓系統(tǒng)壓力應(yīng)能經(jīng)常變換和調(diào)節(jié),并能產(chǎn)生較大壓力,以滿足不同的工作要求。②空程速度大、加壓時(shí)推力大,系統(tǒng)功率大,要求功率利用率高。③空程與壓制時(shí),其速度與壓力相差甚大,所以多采用高低壓泵組或恒功率變量泵供油系統(tǒng).以滿足低壓快速行程和高壓慢速行程要求。
隨著液壓技術(shù)的發(fā)展和普及應(yīng)用,液壓機(jī)有了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。目前,液壓機(jī)的大標(biāo)定壓力已達(dá)750 MN。液壓系統(tǒng)在高壓,大流量情況下工作可靠性要好。以滑閥式結(jié)構(gòu)為主的液壓控制閥,由于其結(jié)構(gòu)所限,已不適應(yīng)液壓系統(tǒng)要求。插裝閥有如下特點(diǎn):①通流能力大.阻力小,適合于大流量、高壓時(shí)工作。②結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,- - 閥多能,便于實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,有利于加工.裝配和維修。③采用不同性能的先導(dǎo)閥與之配合便可構(gòu)成各種二通插裝閥,實(shí)現(xiàn)方向、壓力和流量控制以及復(fù)合控制,設(shè)計(jì)選型方便容易。④密封性好,泄漏小,響應(yīng)快。⑤易于實(shí)現(xiàn)集成化配置,使系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,便于無(wú)管連接,并可有效防止泄漏和污染。因此,插裝閥在液壓機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)中已得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
(1)4柱液壓機(jī),適用于拉伸、彎曲、翻邊、校正,壓裝及冷熱擠壓等工藝加工。①液壓系列采用二通插裝閥,電器控制系統(tǒng)可配置"PC"可編程序控制器,并有獨(dú)立的電器及液壓動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)。②采用按鈕集中控制,可實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整.手動(dòng)及半自動(dòng)3種操作方式。③液壓控制采用
整體式插裝閥集成系統(tǒng),泄漏點(diǎn)少、動(dòng)作可靠使用壽命長(zhǎng)。④可實(shí)現(xiàn)定壓、定程兩種成型工藝,具備保壓延時(shí)功能,延時(shí)長(zhǎng)短可調(diào),工作壓力行程可在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。
(2)液壓機(jī)工作。液壓機(jī)工作循環(huán)見所示,液壓機(jī)根據(jù)壓制工藝要求,主液壓缸可完成快速下行→減速壓制→保壓延時(shí)→卸壓換向→快速返回→原位停止的循環(huán)工作過(guò)程,而且壓力、速度和保壓時(shí)間可以調(diào)節(jié)。主要用于輔助液壓缸頂出工件,要求可實(shí)現(xiàn)向上頂出→停留→向下退回→原位停止。薄板拉伸時(shí),要求輔助液壓缸上升、停止和壓力回程等輔助動(dòng)作.有時(shí)還需將坯料壓緊,以防周邊起皺。
(3)液壓機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)工作。液壓機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理所示。在分析液壓系統(tǒng)時(shí),可參閱電磁鐵動(dòng)作順序。液壓泵采用可按壓力自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)排量的恒功率柱塞泵,系統(tǒng)由5個(gè)插裝閥集成塊疊加組成,每個(gè)集成塊包括多個(gè)插裝閥及其先導(dǎo)控制元件.各集成塊組成元件及其作用見表2。
液壓機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)主要由壓力控制回路、換向回路和,快慢速轉(zhuǎn)換回路等組成,并采用二通插裝閥集成化結(jié)構(gòu)。
(1)采用高壓.大流量和恒功率(帶壓力補(bǔ)償)變量液壓泵供油,并配以由調(diào)壓閥和電磁閥構(gòu)成的電磁溢流閥,使液壓泵空載啟動(dòng),主、輔液壓缸原位停止時(shí)液壓泵均卸荷,這樣既符合液壓機(jī)的工藝要求,又節(jié)省能源。
(2)采用密封性好,通流能力大和壓力損失小的插裝閥組成液壓系統(tǒng),液壓油路簡(jiǎn)單結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊動(dòng)作靈敏。
(3)利用滑塊自身質(zhì)量實(shí)現(xiàn)主液壓缸快速下行,并用充液閥補(bǔ)充油液,使快動(dòng)回路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,元件少。
(4)采用由可調(diào)緩沖閥和電磁閥組成的釋壓回路,減少由“保壓”轉(zhuǎn)為“快退"時(shí)的液壓沖擊,使液壓機(jī)工作平穩(wěn)。系統(tǒng)在液壓泵的出口設(shè)置了單向閥和安全閥,在主液壓缸和輔助液壓缸的上、下腔進(jìn)出油路上均設(shè)有安全閥。另外,在通過(guò)壓力油液的插裝閥F3. F5、F7和F9的控制液壓油路上都裝有梭閥,保證關(guān)閉可靠。這些多重保護(hù)措施保證了液壓機(jī)工作安全可靠。
通過(guò)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用以及進(jìn)一步分析研究可知,該二通插裝閥集成化技術(shù)對(duì)進(jìn)--步改善液壓系統(tǒng)的性能還有優(yōu)化的空間,借助二通插裝閥的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化優(yōu)勢(shì),使整個(gè)集成塊控制結(jié)構(gòu)的系列化、通用化也有進(jìn)- -步合理化的空間。
