內部緩存也就是我們經常說的一級高速緩存。在CPU里面內置了高速緩存可以提高CPU的運行效率,內置的L1高速緩存的容量和結構對CPU的性能影響較大,L1緩存越大,CPU工作時與存取速度較慢的L2緩存和內存間交換數據的次數越少,相對電腦的運算速度可以提高。不過高速緩沖存儲器均由靜態RAM組成,結構較復雜,在CPU管芯面積不能太大的情況下,L1級高速緩存的容量不可能做得太大,L1緩存的容量單位一般為KB。
