交流伺服電機也是無刷電機,分為同步和異步電機,目前運動控制中一般都用同步電機,它的功率范圍大,可以做到很大的功率。大慣量,***高轉動速度低,且隨著功率增大而快速降低。因而適合做低速平穩運行的應用。輸入或輸出為交流電能的旋轉電機。交流電動機分定子繞組和轉子導體.轉子導體形狀像鼠籠導體與導體之間用硅鋼片,有的交流電動機轉子也有繞組。交流伺服電機轉子是高阻抗的金屬合金制成的,定子上的線圈有兩組,分勵磁線圈和力矩線圈,勵磁線圈以固定的頻率給轉子勵磁,力矩線圈負責提供轉動的力矩,這兩組線圈都在驅動器的帶動下工作。自帶的叫:旋轉編碼器,精度是:分度數(轉動一周發出的脈沖數)。
