          X67DI1371貝加萊數字量輸入模塊

          分布式和靈活性
          就拓撲結構而言,ACOPOSmotor模塊可以采用簡單的線型和樹型結構。在線型結構中,會自動分配節點號。而需要設置地址時無需打開外殼。
          使用一根混合電纜實現與驅動組的連接。它包含了運行ACOPOSmotor以及POWERLINK網絡相關的所有電源線和信號線。
          高效的IP65防護等級使ACOPOSmotor模塊可以直接被安裝在機器上。控制柜則只包含電源,高功率逆變模塊和其它必要的機電組件。這樣很容易實現模塊化的機器架構和可選的機器功能,因為它們可以輕松地利用混合電纜連接 – 必要的電源 – 至機器主線。
          將X67模塊直接連到ACOPOSmotor模塊上對于模塊化機器工程而言也是十分理想的。這為機器模塊實現獨立且可測試的生產單元鋪平了道路。

          集成安全
          除了成熟的接線安全功能STO(安全扭矩斷開)和SS1(安全運行停止1)之外,ACOPOSmotor模塊還將在未來提供可選的基于網絡的安全功能。用戶將可以使用到這些已在ACOPOSmulti上應用并通過認證的功能: STO,SOS,SS1,SS2,SLS,SMS,SLI和SDI。有意思的是安全功能可以根據需要單獨選擇。相比之下,接線安全功能只允許選擇STO和SS1。

          同類性和兼容性
          ACOPOSmotor模塊可以提供眾所周知的ACOPOSmulti驅動器功能,因此它可以被同類地集成到一個驅動解決方案中。

          貝加萊步進電機特點:
          每年有超過5億臺步進電機裝配在全球各地。雖然大部分這些電機都是在非常簡單的應用中使用,但是它們應用于過去由DC和BLDC 電機處理的應用領域的趨勢還在持續增長。高級別的控制器繼續使更復雜的任務得以解決。過去由小型伺服電機解決的許多應用項目現在可以通過帶相應電子裝置的步進電機來處理。在過去幾年中,不僅控制器的性能得以改善,而且隨著技術的進步,電機本身也運行得更加平穩,并且具有更高的扭矩值。新型,堅固耐用,經濟實惠的位置反饋等在為步進電機開啟全新領域的過程中也起到了積極的作用。當然,步進電機解決方案也有其局限性。特別是由伺服電機易于實現的高速情況對于步進電機來說實施的可能性就很小了。然而在完全不使用或是使用齒輪箱進行較小轉換的情況下,步進電機可以創造很多成功的應用。因為步進電機可在中低速情況下實現高扭矩。

          用戶在選擇電機的時候會碰到許多障礙。不同廠商的電機或者相同電機的不同型號都會有相當大的差異。產品參數表中的標準規格往往無法提供足夠多的信息來做出這個決定。只有詳細信息可以可靠地指出可能的應用范圍。應用項目越復雜,諸如旋轉,反電動勢,效率,共振頻率等參數就越重要。通過仔細判定,步進電機可以在更多的應用中使用。必須特別關注對各個應用而言尤其重要的特性。。這些特性往往需要通過結合驅動器來實現。


          大多數兩相混合式步進電機有一個1.8°的步距角。除此之外,還有0.9°甚至小于0.45°的。較小的步距角往往會產生較差的扭矩曲線。只有支持微步的步進電機驅動器才能用于實現更高的定位精度。此外,高步進分辨率會產生出色的同心性,并且減少共振效應帶來的潛在問題。

          設定位置的精度取決于所施加的負載扭矩以及步進電機的制造精度。單步內的定位精度始終隨負載和偏離角而定。但是,這決不能高于一個全步,因為不然的話電機會無法同步并丟失步。該負載角的***佳補償方式是通過位置反饋。這就是為什么所有貝加萊步進電機都可選經濟實惠的編碼器的原因,這些編碼器可以實現高達12 位的分辨率。因此,即使在相當大的負載扭矩下,定位精度也可以實現小于0.1°的角偏差。

          步進電機在低速時易出現低頻振動現象。振動頻率與負載情況和驅動器性能有關,一般認為振動頻率為電機空載起跳頻率的一半。這種由步進電機的工作原理所決定的低頻振動現象對于機器的正常運轉非常不利。當步進電機工作在低速時,一般應采用阻尼技術來克服低頻振動現象,比如在電機上加阻尼器,或驅動器上采用細分技術等。
          交流伺服電機運轉非常平穩,即使在低速時也不會出現振動現象。交流伺服系統具有共振抑制功能,可涵蓋機械的剛性不足,并且系統內部具有頻率解析機能(FFT),可檢測出機械的共振點,便于系統調整。
