主頻,也就是CPU的時鐘頻率,簡單地說也就是CPU的工作頻率,一般說來,一個時鐘周期完成的指令數(shù)是固定的,所以主頻越高,CPU的速度也就越快。主頻=外頻X倍頻。
外頻即CPU的外部時鐘頻率,主板及CPU標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外頻主要有66MHz、100MHz、133MHz幾種。此外主板可調(diào)的外頻越多、越高越好,特別是對于超頻者比較有用。我們所說的外頻指的是CPU與主板連接的速度,這個概念是建立在數(shù)字脈沖信號震蕩速度基礎(chǔ)之上的。

貝加萊步進(jìn)電機(jī)特點(diǎn):
每年有超過5億臺步進(jìn)電機(jī)裝配在全球各地。雖然大部分這些電機(jī)都是在非常簡單的應(yīng)用中使用,但是它們應(yīng)用于過去由DC和BLDC 電機(jī)處理的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的趨勢還在持續(xù)增長。高級別的控制器繼續(xù)使更復(fù)雜的任務(wù)得以解決。過去由小型伺服電機(jī)解決的許多應(yīng)用項目現(xiàn)在可以通過帶相應(yīng)電子裝置的步進(jìn)電機(jī)來處理。在過去幾年中,不僅控制器的性能得以改善,而且隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,電機(jī)本身也運(yùn)行得更加平穩(wěn),并且具有更高的扭矩值。新型,堅固耐用,經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠的位置反饋等在為步進(jìn)電機(jī)開啟全新領(lǐng)域的過程中也起到了積極的作用。當(dāng)然,步進(jìn)電機(jī)解決方案也有其局限性。特別是由伺服電機(jī)易于實(shí)現(xiàn)的高速情況對于步進(jìn)電機(jī)來說實(shí)施的可能性就很小了。然而在完全不使用或是使用齒輪箱進(jìn)行較小轉(zhuǎn)換的情況下,步進(jìn)電機(jī)可以創(chuàng)造很多成功的應(yīng)用。因?yàn)椴竭M(jìn)電機(jī)可在中低速情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)高扭矩。用戶在選擇電機(jī)的時候會碰到許多障礙。不同廠商的電機(jī)或者相同電機(jī)的不同型號都會有相當(dāng)大的差異。產(chǎn)品參數(shù)表中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格往往無法提供足夠多的信息來做出這個決定。只有詳細(xì)信息可以可靠地指出可能的應(yīng)用范圍。應(yīng)用項目越復(fù)雜,諸如旋轉(zhuǎn),反電動勢,效率,共振頻率等參數(shù)就越重要。通過仔細(xì)判定,步進(jìn)電機(jī)可以在更多的應(yīng)用中使用。必須特別關(guān)注對各個應(yīng)用而言尤其重要的特性。。這些特性往往需要通過結(jié)合驅(qū)動器來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
大多數(shù)兩相混合式步進(jìn)電機(jī)有一個1.8°的步距角。除此之外,還有0.9°甚至小于0.45°的。較小的步距角往往會產(chǎn)生較差的扭矩曲線。只有支持微步的步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動器才能用于實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的定位精度。此外,高步進(jìn)分辨率會產(chǎn)生出色的同心性,并且減少共振效應(yīng)帶來的潛在問題。設(shè)定位置的精度取決于所施加的負(fù)載扭矩以及步進(jìn)電機(jī)的制造精度。單步內(nèi)的定位精度始終隨負(fù)載和偏離角而定。但是,這決不能高于一個全步,因?yàn)椴蝗坏脑掚姍C(jī)會無法同步并丟失步。該負(fù)載角的***佳補(bǔ)償方式是通過位置反饋。這就是為什么所有貝加萊步進(jìn)電機(jī)都可選經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠的編碼器的原因,這些編碼器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)12 位的分辨率。因此,即使在相當(dāng)大的負(fù)載扭矩下,定位精度也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)小于0.1°的角偏差。

伺服電機(jī)與步進(jìn)電機(jī)的性能比較
步進(jìn)電機(jī)作為一種開環(huán)控制的系統(tǒng),和現(xiàn)代數(shù)字控制技術(shù)有著本質(zhì)的聯(lián)系。在目前國內(nèi)的數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)中,步進(jìn)電機(jī)的應(yīng)用十分廣泛。隨著全數(shù)字式交流伺服系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn),交流伺服電機(jī)也越來越多地應(yīng)用于數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)中。為了適應(yīng)數(shù)字控制的發(fā)展趨勢,運(yùn)動控制系統(tǒng)中大多采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)或全數(shù)字式交流伺服電機(jī)作為執(zhí)行電動機(jī)。雖然兩者在控制方式上相似(脈沖串和方向信號),但在使用性能和應(yīng)用場合上存在著較大的差異。現(xiàn)就二者的使用性能作一比較。
